I’ve been here multiple times now and I can say without a doubt this is one of the best retail stores I’ve ever been to. The store is always in great shape and the staff here is phenomenal.
Every time I went in they treated me like a close friend! I always find what I’m looking for whether it’s racquetballs (great selection), shoes, camping gear, or a good conversation!
I’m serious when I say the staff is good. I’m not in very much anymore, but I still remember a lot of their names and that’s saying something. It doesn’t matter if you’re helped by Grant, Billy, Max, Braden, Jay, Mik, or Matt/Marty? (the manager) you know you’re in good hands.
Best big 5, best team, best stuff. These guys don’t just go to work, these guys BRING IT.

I like shopping at Big 5. I like that it's easy to park and easy to get in and out. Not like a mall store. Their selection is pretty good. I found the staff helpful and friendly.

This is a good-sized Big-5. Every Big-5 I've been to is a lot smaller than any other sporting goods store but there's still good selection and much better prices than anywhere else. I love the selection and prices of shoes here. I'll buy my shoes at Big-5 for the rest of my life!

Easily the best big 5 in Colorado. Great customer service, don’t let the few Karen’s who had the slightest inconvenience and give this location 1 star steer you away. Management is great and will go out of their way to make sure you get the exact product you seek if it’s not there. Staff altogether is very kind and knowledgeable. I’ve never found a location that acknowledges their customers like this one. 6 out of 5 stars

My husband and I have been nothing but pleased when we stop here. The sales are amazing! The staff is great! Recently Brian was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating.

Big 5 is not one the the big boys but sometimes it has just what I am looking for. Ur greeted at the door and asked if they can help you find something. They always have a sale on shoe. Check out the sales ad in the store or online. Download a coupon and save $5.

Unlike many retail stores these days, this one had plenty of help to answer our questions and steer us to the right place. One sales rep even provided a demonstration for me of a product I didn't quite understand.

The prices are good, too.

Your store was out of a certain brand of women's shoe size .
Grant went out of his way to go to the Castle Rock store to pick it up and brought back to the Quebec location. When we went to pick it up, with Brian's assistance we purchased an extra pair of a
different brand. Thank you Brian and especially Grant for their
excellent customer service.

They have good quality stuff and good prices. Always a great place to get jogging sneakers.

Big 5 in lone tree is Awesome!! Friendly, professional staff!!! I went to get my kid a pull up and dip bar for his birthday and when they didn't have it In the back the nice lady sold the display model to me with a little discount!! Two thumbs up 👍 👍 for Big 5 !!!

Great customer service. Good selection at this location. Decent products, not all are top notch so save your receipts for a bit just in case a return or exchange is needed.

The prices and service at Big 5 are outstanding. I was looking for hiking/snow boots. The employee who helped me made multiple trips to the back room trying to find boots that had an ample toe box, but without a loose heel. He was friendly and helpful and smiled no matter how many times he had to go to the back for a different style. I didn't find exactly what I wanted, but will return to the store as more styles come in this spring.

This is the first place I go for every hunting fishing and sporting goods item that I need, such as tennis shoes. I probably bought 30 guns here in my life, from rifles and shotguns to air rifles. The staff is usually young and very super nice and willing to do whatever you asked of them, spending time and showing you different things. They will always give you the lowest price if you ask, for instance if something is not on sale you simply asked when it was on sale last, and ask them to give you that price and they have never turned me down yet in all these years. Great place, the way businesses should act!

Great store for a lot of those outdoor needs. Today was my first time there and will be going back for the deals and the quality gear. Better than other places where I've gotten my hiking gear.
The staff alone was great and helped me above what they needed todo.

This store is so much bigger than the one in Thornton! The staff is super friendly. One if the employees has a great sounding voice and is really funny over the loud speaker!
