T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Dude from this morning(the manager) (i forget names too easily my bad) was like the best. Answered all my questions, gave great customer service and was very friendly! Best tmobile service ive had. Thanks for dealing with me!

In ALL my years of having a mobile phone, my visit yesterday was the easiest, most efficient, and best in-store experience I have ever had. Javier was outstanding and took care of every detail. His co-worker Damien did not have a customer and instead of hiding in the back, stood by and assisted Javier. I was very impressed by both of these individuals. I will highly recommend the store to others. Thanks Javier (and Damien)!

I had a great experience at this store. We were switching to t-mobile (two of us) so we needed new account and were both getting new phones. Javier helped us and he simply made it all happen so smoothly (even when snags were hit in terms of not knowing some passwords). Old phone info was completely transferred over. Very friendly and knowledgeable - I knew we were in good hands. This could not have gone any better.

My wife and I had to have our Sim cards updated on our phones and Javier was extremely professional and polite and helping us in this. He patiently and professionally answered our questions and even replaced the screen protector on my phone which had had cracks in it. He did this for free! Totally recommend that if you go to the store ask for his help he was fantastic!

The tmobile representative ate wonderful, very Knowledgeable about service and their products. I am a sprint customer and the representative help me get my bill lowered, explained why I didn't need certain things on my acct. They are wonderful . Javier did all searching through my acct,and found all things I didn't need on the acct. He got my acct lowered with the sprint customer service,im absolutely grateful. Steven broke down my charges explained how my account will be billed going 4ward,I purchase 2 apple watches, they explained everything. Autumn and Damien are great as well. They all help me out. The store is well cleaned and neat,they all made sure to follow social distancing rules,they made sure all customers had masks on properly, my mask slipped down and I respectfully was told about my mask. Wonderful store

My daughter and I went in to upgrade our phones, and we knew it would take time and be a process.
For the first time in a store, Javier made the experience fun and enjoyable for both of us. He was knowledgeable, helpful, fun, and personable. It was a great experience, for an otherwise boring and drawn out process. Thanks so much!

The manager Steven B. is an absolute superstar! He went out of his way to thoroughly answer all my questions, helped with the plan that best met my needs, ensured that I maximized all the available discounts, and made the transition to T-mobile seamless. What's more, he personally attended to some of the issues that came up even after I left the store. I'd much rather interact with Steven than call the customer service center.

My next visit to the store, I was helped by Javier who was equally professional, helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. If you are looking for a great customer service, this is the place to be.

The staff member Jake was above and beyond helpful. I was purchasing a new phone and he helped and explained everything in full detail. Jake was the nicest most helpful friendliest staff member ive ever dealt with. Definitely fit to be a manager. The staff in this t mobile store are super friendly and helpful. This was my second time coming to the T-Mobile store in Troy. First time was to open my plan and the second, to add family to the plan and the manager Steven showed excellent customer service both times. He was pleasant to work with, very helpful, very personable and knowledgeable. All other staff was just as pleasant as well. Thank you guys !

The store is in excellent condition. Everything is clean and organized. The team is very well knowledgeable and confident.
The manager Steven B. Is phenomenal. He is such a good manager then when I moved to Florida I called his store specifically so I could get my WiFi services delivered to me. He got me the beast deal for the best price. He kept his team up to date on all current sales and programs wkth T-mobile.
As someone who worked with corporate America in NYC I can say this manager is the epitome of how a manager is supposed to perform. Probably because he’s a Marine vet so he just knows what to do. Good stuff to him and his team and store. Highly recommend everyone to go to this store and for corporate to give him a well deserved raise. 🇺🇸🇺🇸

The staff was fantastic, answered every question I had and was polite while doing the transaction. The manager handled all the lines that were transferred from other carries to my new plan so I had a smooth transition to T-Mobile . Also, he made sure I received all promotions and credits as well . I would recommend anyone looking for a new carrier/phone or product go to this store.

Went to look at a promotion at the T-Mobile store in the Price Chopper plaza on Hoosic. I ended up purchasing their package and am thrilled. The manager of the store, Steve, was wonderful but I don't want to leave out the other associates. They were so knowledgeable, patient and didn't even get upset when they had to answer the same question over and over. lol This is however the first time I've used T-Mobile but if this service continues, and I believe it will, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a service.

I was having issues with activating my new iPhone (old one was kaput due to internal programming issues...), so after some review checks and based on their customer satisfaction, determined this store was where I would go.

When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and a “can-do” attitude, which was in itself refreshing, since the last “Sprint” store I went to was exactly the opposite. I was immediately assisted by the manager, Steven, and another specialist, Javier.

Through trial and error and a lot of positive attitude and determination, they solved every single issue I was encountering. If you have any problems with your Sprint or T-Mobile phones, THIS location is definitely the place to go. They know their stuff, and if it’s something tough, they figure it out. 100% satisfied and will always go to this store from now on for all of my mobile needs! 🙌🏼 Thank you, gentlemen!!

Had one of the best Custom Service experiences I've ever had at a tmobile. Damien S helped me with upgrading my phone, he explained in detail whats good with every phone I was thinking about getting & what wasn't. Of course I wanted the best phone lol but he showed me that the most expensive one was always the best. He could have just let me buy it & made the highest commission on my purchase but he looked out for me & I appreciate his knowledge & kindness with taking the time to explain everything to me. Not only that he help me get a great deal with my purchase & I walked out with money I thought I was going to have to spend! Definitely worth going to this store if you want real help with Tmobile instead of calling

I can’t say enough about the helpful and knowledgeable staff at this Brunswick location. Javier and Damien are the best! 10 STARS! They helped me quickly with a variety of SIM card and activation issues over the last week. Always pleasant and extremely helpful.

Steven is so awesome! He was so patient with me throughout the entire process. Not to mention my phone was incredibly broken, I couldn’t remember my icloud password, and certain buttons on the screen couldn’t be clicked. So calm and kind. Glad he was the one to help me. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a new phone service. Thanks again Steven!!!😁

The manager Steven B. is awesome! Great customer service skills! I had a bad experience with Spectrum just before I came. I cancelled Spectrum and decided to go with T-mobile. Steven was a great help.

Inez made my experience delightful; went out of her way to save me as much time, energy, and money as she could to make my trip better. A gem, she provided the best customer service I could’ve hoped for, extremely hospitable. If you want it done right go to Inez. I think she normally works in Latham

Damien is very knowledgeable with the service and fixed my phone after three other stores tried to tell me what I needed but we're wrong. Very friendly, fast, and efficient! Recommend this store location and him to anyone looking to go to T-Mobile! Thank you!

I like this T-Mobile store. When you walk in your always greeted. Let you know that they see you, how long it maybe. Definitely worth wait. They all GO BEYOND to SATISFY!! Try to help you with questions and talk to you help you understand.
