Always a great selection of stuff and the people there are super friendly. I forget how much cool stuff they have and every time I go in I’m surprised.

Michael's is great! Custom framing is affordable AND the work is first rate. I didn't know until recently that you can buy a frame off the shelf and then have the pros here custom mat it. These two prints pictured here would've been close to $800 custom framed. Instead it was just a bit over $200. Since my poster addiction is strong, Michael's is going to be getting a lot of my money whilst saving me thousands! Both Sonora and Courtney are great. Courteous, patient and professional. Turnaround time is super speedy as well, 2 days max so far.

My daughter and I loooooove checking out all the cool stuff here. She is really into minis and there is a huge selection for her to make anything her heart desires. Decor is always on point, they have THE BEST Halloween 🎃 goodies also!! Our cashier was sooooooo helpful, she made sure we could use all our coupons and made suggestions for next time. We like to go once a week 😄

Good experience here. Employees are helpful and knowledgeable, even went the extra mile to help me. Also had an abundance of merchandise I was looking for to choose from. Highly recommend this store.
Update: recent sales have left a lot of empty shelves. And like every place in town, there is a lack of sales associates.

I absolutely love Michaels. Unfortunately I did do a drive-up order and after sitting there for about 20 minutes on my phone I decided just to run in and grab it. They're understaffed like everybody. But it doesn't change how amazing Michael's is! They have everything! And I could spend hours in there

I found almost everything I was looking for, most of it on sale, paints, brushes, canvas of many sizes and one of those little carts to hold all my art supplies. If we watch for sales, the prices are good. I always have fun looking. Great sale on beads, some were $14.99 down to $2.99! Awesome.

Clean and orderly. Staff is friendly. Framing department here does absolutely fantastic.

Staffing level does fluctuate, and when they get busy, especially around the holidays, the whole store can grind to a halt. Much better selection than other craft stores in town.

The associates at this store are very helpful. There is always coupons and deals to take advantage of so you are never walking out paying full price. I frequent this store so often and I have never had a complaint about the service. Expect longer checkout lines during the holidays.

I was buying a gift for someone and had no idea what it was that they asked for. I'm not a crafty person. The staff totally knew what I was describing (the gal was actually an art major currently in school) and helped me. I left feeling confident that I purchased the correct items.

This is by far the friendliest Michael's I've been in (I've been in many in the West). I think they are all stocked the same so it's the people that make the difference. I was so happy with my experience there that I finally joined their value club. For the first time, I am a loyal customer!
