The staff at radio shack in Bozeman are fantastic! I found the best solution for headphones to meet my specific needs and then learned a whole bunch about adapters and solutions for my phone. And they have a great sense of humor. Thank you!

RC LOVERS REJOICE! I was absolutely thrilled to find a place that's wall to wall RC hobby shop! Neither the website or the outside of the building prepared me for the vast selection of rc cars trucks, boats, and everything else related to RC. They have a huge selection of traxxas brand rc cars and parts as well as aftermarket brands like rpm. The store is well laid out with all traxxas parts and accessories displayed in numerical order. Their prices are very reasonable and right on par with the big online outlets. The staff was friendly and helpful. 'T' assisted meand was very patient answering my endless questions and looking up part numbers. The true definition of customer service, which is in short supply these days. I live in helena and will go out of my way to go here.

Wow super impressed with radio shack. I will come back for all of my needs. I normally shop online but after my experience with radio shack of Bozeman I am reminded how nice it is to have customer service and support. Tim, Tylor, and Skylar specifically were wonderful! I needed to get a traxxas car fixed for my sons birthday and I was trying to do it on my own. Instead of charging me to fix they showed me a way to do it on my own. I went back when I was having trouble and they helped me out of goodwill and got it up and running when they could have easily charged me and it was a good move because now I am a customer for life. Super great people. I would highly recommend them

Went in to get my R/C rawk-crawler fixed, they had exactly the part I needed!! My steering servo was smoked. They plugged in a new one and tested it before buying it. Don't think I could have found the part cheaper online.

Staff was great! Incredibly helpful and pleasant.

There is hardly room to walk with all the cool stuff they have loaded the store up with. Toys and electronic hobby stuff galore!!!!

I had an awesome experience at this Radio Shack. Tylor, Tim and Alec were quick to help me. I left with exactly what I needed. They even have a service where they can repair electronics now so they hooked up a bunch of wires for me and I went home with my stuff ready to use! After searching online and agonizing over what product was exactly right for me I’m glad I just went into their store and got it right the first time.

These guys have been able to repair 3 or 4 pretty off the wall pieces of laboratory and engineering equipment for me over the past couple years. These guys are reasonably priced, quick, honest and dependable, enough to compel me to write a review. Glad these guys are in town!

I arrived right when they opened and Tyler was there, ready to help me immediately. I didn’t know what kind of cord I needed to get for my hard drive and Tyler helped me look up the specs to make sure I wouldn’t get a charging cable that would blow my hard drive. Really thankful for his help and would recommend this place to anyone seeking electronic advice. Thanks Tyler!

Sales guy was very helpful, knew his stuff and super nice. The repaint looks great and apparently they now do repairs for phones, computers etc so I'll definitely be back when I break something too!

This is a great place to buy your remote controls and has a huge selection of rc vehicles. I have bought multiple remote control vehicles and have been pleased with them.

I initially had a bad experience with the repairshack. I went in for a screen fix and got the DS back with scratches all over the device a broken home button and a missing component. But since then I have gotten contacted by the owner of the store and he apologized and offered to give me a new DS. The customer service at RadioShack is really amazing! I really appreciate their quick response to the problem I had. 5 stars.

A real Radio Shack. I came here for the electronics supplies, which they still have. The staff were quite helpful and fun to talk to. Sadly, it sounds like they will be downsizing their electronics stuff, but that's not surprising considering the market for such items.

I had an emergency involving my power cord breaking in my laptop. They helped me in one day! Selene, I believe was the nice lady who helped me at the register. I do not remember the tech who fixed my computer’s name. But he was nice and told me how he fixed the problem so quickly. Thank you guys!! School can go on.
