I had the most pleasant experience working with Georgina G. may 31st 2024. The moment I walked in the door she greeted me & was ready to help. I’m 76 years old and due to Covid I’m getting a late start with the new iPhone technology. Gigi was calm & patient while instructing me how to use my cell phone. She gave me encouragement & confidence. Im looking forward to coming back for all my technical needs.

Georgina was helpful, Hugh was awesome on multiple occasions, and manager Kris was searching for any way to help me get the job done. Thanks guys!

These guys were so helpful! They helped me find a better solution than just adding something to my family plan. Instead, they brainstorm with me. Great options to get the best rate and deal on mobile Wi-Fi services as well as improving my phone and plan. I want to make a huge Special shout out to one of their providers in the store, Carla, was so helpful and guided me in such a positive & powerful way! I had such a great and easy experience here with upgrading my phone. It always feels like such a confusing process but Rueben made it super simple and got me a great deal! Also got the Apple Watch upgrade for super cheap!!!

Give Rueben a raise and his own branch, please. Had a lovely, very fast appointment with him today to replace my old iPad. Was in and out with exactly what I wanted in less than 30 minutes.

I went in to do an early trade of a samsung phone for an iphone. Yolanda was super helpful and very knowledgeable! I had a lot of questions comparing two different promotions and she helped me understand the best one to choose. She was really helpful even though I changed my mind and made her go get a different phone twice. When it came time to do the trade in, there was some kind of system error where it said that I wasn't eligible to trade in yet. She went to check with her manager and her manager’s manager to make sure I would be charged the right price. I really appreciated that because other times I’ve been to the att store the sales rep has just rushed through steps and crossed their fingers that it will bill correctly and then I have to come back and fix it later. But not this time thanks to Yolanda’s thoroughness!
To be honest I usually dread going to the att store because it can be long and frustrating but Yolanda knew just what to do and made it go smoothly!

The team here is amazing! Hugh, Yolanda & Dom were extremely knowledgeable about their products, promotions & plans. I felt like I got the best deal for my family & I. Would highly recommend them to friends & family.

My experience at the AT&T store was awesome. I went in with an issue and came out with my issue addressed and left with confidence. Yolanda welcomed me in and checked me into their system for assistance. Justin helped me above beyond my request. He was very professional, took his time and ensured I understood what he was saying. All reps/sales personnel needs his technique and costumer service abilities! He needs to be a manager if not have his own store. Thank you Yolanda and Justin.

Carla is the best! She worked so hard to help us transfer a number to our account, put a first responder discount in the account, and get an internet account set up. I would highly recommend working with her if you need to come to an AT&T store! So lovely!

Went in today to inquire pricing to add my child to my plan and was blown away by Carla’s service. Ended up purchasing a new iPhone and she helped me with everything from screen protector to parental settings. She was very attentive and never once did she make me feel rushed for taking up so much of her time. Will be recommending this location to friends and family in the future .

I was personally helped by Richard as well as manager Dominic in a quick and timely manner. I had a bad situation with another AT&T rep (different location) and they were able to salvage my relationship with ATT and get me on a plan that was well explained and a lot cheaper! If I have any questions this will definitely be my center to go to. I know that there is sometimes a wait but with the help that I received I will definitely be worth waiting for as I will get the best assistance possible.

Come here as they have the knowledge and commitment to their customers.
