Had to call CVS at 30 E. Simpson St. Today about filling a "difficult" prescription. I spoke with Kayla. I waited less than 3 minutes for my call to be taken and she was very polite and genuinely kind and helpful. Currently, CVS pharmacy, as many businesses have, had difficulty finding qualified people to adequately staff their pharmacies in several states I have visited or worked in.

I really appreciate how kind Kayla was today after being treated terribly by employees at other pharmacies. I also want to say this: it is very easy to complain when you feel wronged or treated badly and many people are quick to call with negative feedback ( or post it on Yelp or Google) but it is just as easy to leave POSITIVE feedback when one encounters a helpful, hardworking and genuinely kind person. Thank you, Kayla!

I never go to any other drug store. None of them can match the personal service or the discounts and rewards I get in the pharmacy or the store.

I love this cvs! All the employees are very helpful and super nice including the ladies in the pharmacy! They always do their best to get me my medication as cheap as possible. Not to mention how quick they are to fill prescriptions! I love the vibe when I go into this CVS.

The staff at this CVS are kind and helpful. The store is always clean and organized. I love the pharmacy department as well and know that they are looking out for my best interest and accommodate as best they can. (Shout-out to Alex who helped us with a antibiotic flavoring...) Such a great neighborhood store and I am grateful for their hard work!

It's on my home from work every day so it's a very convenient stop. The guys and girls in the pharmacy are very knowledgeable on meds and vitamins to help with certain occasions.
