I believe I was helped by Neysha. Either way, she was very friendly and personable, professional, quick and efficient, and super helpful and patient! I had no wait to be helped and the exact phone I wanted was in stock and ready to be purchased. Such a great experience!

I just want to give a shoutout to Alejandro! His customer service was off the roof! He was very helpful and was able to help me purchase my iPhone 15 pro max . I definitely recommend to ask for Alejandro when coming into the store if he is available.

The sales rep was a young lady. Unfortunately I can’t remember her name but nonetheless she was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. She listened to me and immediately was able to give answers to my concerns. She was very approachable and I felt like I was speaking to an old friend. I love this store and the sales reps here. Every time I’ve been here I leave fully satisfied knowing I got the best deal possible and without a doubt!

I had a terrible day today due to losing my iPhone. After hours of trying to replace it through Apple, I finally caved and decided to purchase a new one through AT&T. All of the associates were pleasant and helpful, but Rachel in particular was amazing. She was super patient and managed to make it a great experience. I'm glad I decided to go through AT&T in-store, I would definitely do it again.

I went to an AT&T location in St. Cloud Florida & the rep that assisted me was named MARCO.
He is an EXCELLENT and valuable employee!! He assisted and guided me into a perfect fitting phone plan and phone case with such care and efficiency. He was so incredibly kind, friendly and professional!!

I recently came home from being stationed overseas for the last 3 years & this employee (MARCO) helped make a step in my returning home process so much easier and not in the least bit stressful.

999/10 likely the best employee there and deserves an Early Promote!!!!

Such nice people that work in there. And if you want returning customers, then you need to treat them kindly. That’s what these employees do…Chris the manager, Marco, Bruce, Jean, and Rachel. I wish Brad was still the assistant manager, the new one is horrible and rude.

Absolutely amazing employees here. I had a great experience. We went for an upgrade and porting a new number and they were so fast and efficient. They were also so kind and understanding of our one year old son and they were talking to him to make the time pass a little quicker. I fully recommend this store. They are awesome and knowledgeable! Marcos was amazing!!

The manager and staff were excellent. Went with my wife and daughter. One of the employees gave my 2 year old a little ball and she played away while we were getting set up. Walked out with brand new watches, phones and even got me some AirPods! Every member of the team had a smile and didn't hesitate to help us with anything. Paula Colon has the best customer service ever!!! I went in with issues with my phone and she resolved immediately! Besides a friendly smile she was very knowledgeable on what steps I had to take to restore service along with her by my side waiting patiently for the issue to be handled! She is an asset to AT&T and should be recognized! I give this store five stars because of her!

Alexis helped us. She was great!!! She made sure all my info was transferred to new phone. It took a long time but she did not mind. We were at the store past closing. She actually sold two phones to us. One to my granddaughter and one for me. I did not know we were eligible for a military discount. All these years we could have had a better rate. She was courteous, professional and a positive representative of At&t.

Stopped in 3x this week with questions and research. All the associates were great.
Alexis helped me today and met the new Store Manager, Megan. Both were great and helpful. Had a wonderful conversation while we were updating my account.
