Just wanted too come on here and write a token of appreciation for Andy in customer service who went above and beyond with helping me find the right type of solar lights for my garden. He was incredibly kind, patient and provided an array of different options I could use for my garden. I was able too find the perfect set of lights with ease as my selection is pretty grand. As easy as it may sound finding the perfect set of lights , you’re looking for ones that actual will take in the rays, not peel from the sun and one that holds its value. It almost felt as if I was in Publix because shopping here was truly a pleasure, Andy is a valuable employee and I hope this message reaches him. Thanks Andy !!

I have had mixed experiences here in the past and unfortunately not everyone takes pride in every job they do, big or small; I have also been helped by some great, caring, knowledgeable people.
Tonight was one of those nights. I completed some very large home projects about six months ago and have only ran in for quick easy things recently. I interacted with a gentleman that made eye contact, talked to me, and clearly took pride in not only his job, but his community. I only left with a quart of oil tonight, but I felt more appreciated than days I’ve spent thousands here.
A store isn’t just a building or a name, it’s only as good as the people that represent it. Tonight restored a bit of faith in my humanity.
Thank you guy that assisted me with a quart of oil.

I went into Home Depot today to grab some of the new skeletons for Halloween. I originally could not find what I was looking for, so I asked Maryanne if they had any in the back. She proceeded to look it up and tried to find out where they were when Nancy showed up. They both went to the back and brought out exactly what I was looking for, and helped me load them on my cart. I am so thankful for Nancy and Maryanne’s help! I drove almost an hour away to get these certain skeletons, and they made sure my drive was worth it. These 2 ladies are amazing for helping me out and getting me what I need! I’ll definitely be coming back to this exact location in the future because of them.

Toy store for adults for sure.
I love the gardening area. Sometimes I venture to the far side where paint and wood.
Staff is always willing to help and advise the best options.

This is my go to Home Depot ever since I moved. The employees are very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about the products they sell. Today I have finally decided to write a review because of an employee named Kevin. They went out of his way to help us find a hard hat. They were out of the one we wanted, leaving only the more costly ones. He helped us look and made sure we paid the amount we were expecting.

I visit this location a lot. Because it’s local. Lately I don’t agree with the prices but that’s everywhere. Store is always nice and the employees are always helpful.

Came here on Friday 6pm to buy 10 bags cement. Husband has a bad back so couldn’t load 50 lbs bags. Thanks to Colton at customer service who helped put them on onto shopping cart & loaded them into our minivan. He went above & beyond his job today. 👍👍👍👍👍

I know people complain that it's hard to find help. I agree that the employees are pretty spread out, so it's not always easy to find someone. However, everyone has radios and is happy to call someone from the correct department. The employees are for the most part pretty knowledgeable. Occasionally, I've had a question one couldn't answer. Rather than shrugging me off and waking away, they would call someone who could help. I've yet to have someone not wait around until the other person showed up either.

8/29 I drove around several Home Depot’s near me in Central Florida, I was in search of Halloween items.
Kissimmee store was just setting up,
And did not have a large stock.
Luckily the St. Cloud store was organized and had all of their items out.
I wanted the Skeleton Archway, a very helpful employee named Rene, went out of his way to get me the last one from the garden center. He was awesome, he got it, helped me pay for it and brought it to my car. He is a great example of a Home Depot employee.
If you need help ask for him.
If you need Halloween stuff get there today. It was going fast.

I am a brand new "gardner" I kill every plant I've ever come in contact with. I came in worried someone would be annoyed with my 800 questions about grass, souk, plants, and flowers but Nancy was the best. She was so knowledgeable, patient, kind, and made me feel confident in my choices. She spoke to me about how to plant them, how much water, even which bring butterflies... my daughter will be thrilled. I wish more people loved their job and had a passion for knowledge as she does.

Kids Workshop was a lot of fun.

The best Home Depot to shop at in central Florida. The associates are friendly and when you find your favorites or the ones that have been there since the opening of the store, you'll keep coming back for more. Thanks Saint Cloud Home Depot for being Florida finest home improvement store!

I would like to highlight and commend René from the garden area. For the first time, I experienced a level of customer service comparable to that of Home Depot. René kindly approached us to inquire if we needed assistance and provided us with exceptional help. He even gave us a detailed lesson on how to install pavers at home on our own. His service was exceptional, deserving of 10 stars. Thank you for the incredible experience!
