I go there two or three times a day. Can’t beat the polar pop price and the drinks stays cold half the day. I have got to know the personnel and management there always welcomed and greeted each and every time I come in always tell me to have a great day the place is always been cleaned the person I was groomed well I must say I do enjoy the hospitality and the price is right polar pop all the way .

This store has some of the best employees. The older ladies make you feel like you are part of thier family and the hispanic ladies freely explain things and do not act like you are waisting thier time. The gentleman who works here is also delightful. Im sorry i don't know thier names but i love this store .

Most the staff is awesome and friendly, but there's 1 or 2 that need attitude adjustments and to smile more. I went in a few days ago and bought 2 packs of marlboro's. They always come out to 12.46. There's signs all over. They came out to 15 and some change. The older lady told me the promotion ended. Ummm, I just went in and paid 12.46. So I was lied to and she didn't want to hit the button to add the discount.

Alot of stuff in the store is missing and EXPIRED. My daughter likes to get the push pops. 2 months ago we grabbed the last one and it's still not refilled. This store needs an intervention bad. I use the app and play the contests and won two free items. One they do not even have and the other they had but expired. Come on now

Banners on the outside of store advertise Marlboro’s for $5.44 a pack, as does the placard above the cigarette racks, as well as the price label on the rack at the cigarettes. Unfortunately, when the lady rung them up they were $6.59 !!! When I complained the lady apologized and said there was nothing she could do about it and that I had to pay the extra cost and not the clearly, and quite publicly advertised price! In her defense, she did extremely well in handling a semi upset customer, but the problem is from above. I won’t go back and I don’t recommend that to anyone, no matter how good the polar pops.

Front door states that masks are mandatory to enter store it's not enforced about half the people going in don't wear masks(the employees are wearing them). Also the floor by the soda machines seem to always be sticky. Not sure how often it's mopped but it's not enough

Today, February 3, 2024, around nine in the morning, I went to this gas station. I was served by a disrespectful and rude blonde woman with a tattoo on her left hand. I saw the tattoo because when it was time to leave he took out the middle finger, which is rude, when it was time to leave. I DO NOT recommend that you go to this gas station and if you find this rude person, don't even bother asking for customer service. Obviously she doesn't know what that is.

Tried to let someone know that the security seal on the pump outside is broken, it says to alert the attendant but nobody answers the phone after 3 tries and couldn’t get anyone inside to alert either. Didn’t notice till after I used it so hope nobody gets my credit card info.

Horrible customer service from the store manager she was very rude her name was Grace. Pump not working on 3 different pumps an she taking to me like I don't know how to pump gas then I realized the pump was out of gas. I guess she's must have slept with someone to make it to manager position because she's far away from even qualified Went to her 2x then she tells me on the 3rd time she's off the clock an can't speak to me or help me... I called the GM Sherry provided me his ph# left a message for a call back. Not sure he will if they hire unprofessional an unqualified people like that.

Fraud alert I was charged an extra dollar separate charge when paying for gas.

This place continues to decline. New pumps that rarely work and now have tvs to annoy you with advertisement. Polar pop machines frequently out of service and staff are oblivious. Now they are frequently closed AND they no longer allow boy scouts to solicit at their location. I was a frequent visitor here. NO MORE!

Always close at 12am with a 24/7 sign on.
