The UPS Store

My daughter's shipped thousands of boxes through this store for their Amazon business. The employee's have always been awesome. Can't say enough nice things about them.

I have been coming here for my Amazon returns for the past could of years. Always a good experience, helpful and quick.

The personnel are amiable, displaying prompt and effective service within a well-maintained and orderly establishment.

Compared to the post office's poor service, UPS's service is smooth and the customer service is excellent.

I had a package to ship this week and a girl named Karina had really good customer service skills. She was so nice and helpful, and I really wanna say thank you to her because she makes my day better.

They were busy due to the holiday season yet the staff did not fall short being attentive and helpful. Roland really took the time to explain to me what is to be expected with my international package. One of the other staff members, may have been the owner/manager, even decided to reinforce the tape on my package. He explained that my tape of choice can peel in the heat of transport. Thank you for taking care of me so well!

I didn't know a trip to the UPS store could be a pleasurable experience. This place is great!

Aside from the overall friendliness of everyone working, there is rarely a line. If there is one, it moves very quickly and efficiently. They don't try to upsell, and whatever you drop off seems to get processed very quickly compared to other stores.

did a bed bath and beyond return dropoff here, service was quick and fast for a Sunday morning.

As of Feb 2022 I've shipped about 10 separate expensive shipments for work. Most of the time I didn't have a box and they boxed and shipped it for me. Their service has always been professional and friendly.

I have no complaints. I do edit my reviews if conditions change.

Dropped off AT&T box, quick no hassle. Nina was working my line and took my stuff no problem and had me out the door in no time. Thanks Nina.

I went into the store to ship something and the employee was not only so polite and helpful, but when I found out that I couldn't end up shipping the item through UPS (because it was to a PO box), he was still helpful and so friendly until the second I left the store. Very very impressed with their customer service.

Really friendly staff. They helped me with printing an amazon return. They are really quick to help and eager to support. I was helped by two different persons who were extremely polite and helpful. Not sure why others are complaining. Glad to leave them 5 stars.

I came by this UPS store to ship off an amazon return package. It wasnt a paid return so I couldnt drop it off in a locker like I normally do. The girl helping me measured the box and typed in the address. It sucked that Amazon didn't pay for the return like normal but the cost wasnt much so it was definitely worth it. If you need to ship anything come by this store! The employees were friendly and helpful and got my return to amazon really fast!

The best UPS store that I have ever been to by far. The ladies that work there make it a fun and great experience. They serve you will a wonderful attitude and get the job done right. It is always a blessing to go in this store for a shipment. Thank you

Not sure why it has low stars. They always help me out really well. I've printed stuff here and mailed a package from here, and I have a mailbox here. Slightly cheaper mailbox than postal annex. Coincidentally it's all girls who work here and every one who's ever helped me has been absolutely great and friendly.

This place was great. It was fast and easy. Both young lady and gentleman were extremely nice and professional. Young lady was extremely knowledgeable of the area and had lots of recommendations as well since im not from California. Would come back again for any notary or postal needs. Keep up the great work!!
