Kylie Rhodes, MD

Dr. Rhodes is an amazing doctor. She has always listened to all of my questions with genuine interest and a desire to help me understand what was going on. She has never written off any of my concerns about my health. As a plus size person, this can be a real problem, but Dr. Rhodes has never written anything off as a side effect of my weight. She is also always a joy to see, never in a bad mood and always up for a good joke.

She is the best all the staff there is great . She listens to you takes her time figuring out what is best for you !

I love Dr. Rhodes as a physician but often wonder if she knows how her nurse speaks to patients. I had my second encounter with the nurse today and found her twisting my words from "I cannot make that time I have another doctor's appointment" to the nurses version "so you don't want to come in". Months ago, I also asked for different supplements when diagnosed with vitamin deficiencies and explained that as being celiac I don't absorb through my stomach as well and she insisted these were the doctors guidelines (which I find hard to believe) and to follow what she told me. I've been through these vitamin deficiencies before and have never had the regimen the nurse asked me to do.

Dr Rhodes is amazing but her assistant is the worst at answering her calls. Not very helpful sometimes

Not a patient of Dr. Rhodes, I have heard good things, but her office staff is seriously lacking. Don't try to hit the "New Patient" or "Shedule and appointment" on the website because they don't do anything. After waiting 2 days AFTER hitting the "Shedule and appointment button and no reply, we call, the lady was like you didn't fill out the new patient paperwork and sends it to me via email. Don't understand why I would have to give you all my personal info before the doctors appointment was made but ok. I immediately fill it out and send it back expecting a reply to the email, nothing, I let 2 days pass and call back and the rude receptionist that emailed me the paperwork, lied to me and said it wasn't her and said they got no new patient paperwork from me. Then sends me the packet again, from the SAME email I had sent the first packet to. I send it back immediately and the office manager calls and says, sorry we aren't accepting new patients at this time...Well lady then why did you have me fill out new patient paperwork...the lady was just rude in saying that their office is just overworked and overwhelmed and they just can't accept new patients My reply was,, than have your staff tell people that when they call and fix your damn website, Click. Customer service is dead in America, common curtacy is dead as well. Hope Dr.Rhodes is aware of how the acts of her staff and their website not working will affect her reputation in a negative way and do something about the way they conduct business.
