Friendly and helpful but not annoying employees, better selection of toys and lingerie than I was expecting since I had been told new inventory wouldn't be in when we went. Very happy with the purchases that were made, as well as the enjoyable sounds coming from the sinema.

Love the new look and having a credit card machine in each booth is cool. Plus the new look of the store it's open it's brighter you can see the products so much better than it used to be when it was Paradise the new owners have really done a beautiful job

I love this store, they provide such a knowledgeable and safe shopping experience!

I bought something I was looking for but just this women's customer service as awful...I don't think she owns this place,otherwise she should be more respectful with customers.
Never comeback again and I'll tell my friends about this awful service.

This place has gone seriously downhill since being taken over by Taboo. As of today, out of 20 video booths, four are out of order, three accept credit cards only, and one is having sound issues. The bathroom smells like an outhouse. Worst of all, the dark red-haired manager is extremely rude.

Awful place. Had a really bad experience here with the employees behind the counter. The girl double charged me and on an already overpriced item and another item I was ok paying their price for. After noticing the double charge and the merchandise hadn’t even left her hands yet, I decided I might as well get a refund because the merch was way overpriced and I could get it cheaper elsewhere. Well, she claimed they couldn’t refund me on the one item and after going rounds with her for a bit I decided it was easier and less stressful to just do a chargeback on my card than deal with the self-righteous attitude problems of the nobodies working there.

Great.... so charging me double is perfectly acceptable. No apologies or anything... basically acted like it was my fault. So that’s fine but refunding me in merchandise that hadn’t even left her hands AFTER tying up over $60 of my money in limbo is not acceptable?

Don’t waste your time coming here. This place was way better when it was Paradise... it’s more like purgatory now.

just went today 1/10/23 @ 430p., was trying to make conversation with black female, got a phone call atr the time the young lady was answering my question, young Anglo-Saxon female lip piercing was very rude, as I finished my call.. was told that she is with customer and that I had to leave... customer service is terrible, not upset or disgruntled, but no assistance as I entered, would definitely suggest going to other stores.. besides this location on stark

Creepy men harassing me and the other woman I was with while employees did nothing. I didn't feel safe or comfortable here. Over all gross experience

The attendant would not let us in with 10 mins of the store being open still, because of daylight savings time. Guess they really didn't want our business

Walked into the establishment and was asked to put a mask on when the employee did not have a mask on.
