Big Lots

Scored some sweet goodies tonight. Ninja Brian was excited to see that we purchased nothing for him at Big Lots, even though they have a very nice animal toy selection. Purchased matching artichoke pictures found them on clearance a total of under $10. Fun to wander through, never know what you're going to find. Cute garden items out right now. Wasn't crowded.

Great discount store for quick stops for cheap quality furniture for less and a quick shop for groceries like food, snacks Etc.

I was looking for regular candy canes and cookie sparkles and found both at a very reasonable price! Also Amanda at the store was amazing. She talked so well about working there I almost wanted to work there too!

Same day delivery was the best.

I've made an online order and it was cancelled without my knowledge. I've reached out to BigLots customer service first, and they were no help whatsoever. I decided to contact the store that I purchased the sectional from to get some answers as to why no one notified me about the cancellation. All I can say is that JOE in Furniture was extremely helpful and assisted me throughout my purchase. He went above and beyond to help me through this mess. I understood that it could take 6-12 weeks for it to arrive, and Joe literally called around to find the missing piece he needed to complete the whole sectional. He succeeded in finding the last piece he needed and just made everything such a breeze. I don't think I've ever had someone go this beyond for me and honestly, thank you JOE for being so patient and for going extremely beyond. I also would like to thank Kelly (I believe she's the manager) because she was already off-duty and took the time to answer Joe's phone calls to assist him. I had low expectations at first because, most places really don't care but JOE & KELLY really showed they care about their customers and made everything more than right. I appreciate all the help and thank you!

This store has great stuff. Like a world market but less expensive. And the clerk was so kind..she reminded me of a coupon I could use

Greeted at door! Just opened! Had waited 5 mins. Use to East Coast time . . . early early! By west coast time in opening stores my mornin routine would have been completed. Went in for phone tech stuff . . . out of what I was lookin for! On to the Next store!

Sales associates are always friendly and helpful. Store is almost always clean and well stocked. I love treasure hunting as well as picking up essentials at a relatively decent price!

Pamela is amazing. This store was out of stock on the patio set I wanted. This was the 3rd store we'd been to looking for it. She checked other stores inventory for us, found one and had them hold it for us. We watched her help others and happily guide her coworkers through their sales and questions. Amazing customer service and a kind d helpful person. Thank you!

I love this store. I can always find something that I want or need at a great price. Staff are friendly and prices are low. They are going through a remodel looking forward to the new look.

I really like their seasonal baking items, or snacks. They have moved around their store recently that makes it a little easier to find things. My dog really likes the squirrel toy I got for her. It was only $5

Honestly, this is my first year going to big lots! The one thing I can say is they have amazing knock off/ target looking stuff for a really affordable price. Not a lot of staff there, but the ones that are there are really friendly. They even helped me bring something to my car because I clearly can’t left something that’s 80 pounds. Also there return/exchange policy is pretty good. Highly recommend, wish I would have came here sooner.

They have good prices and I felt like the staff was very friendly. Things were easy to find here. The stores kept in good condition. I felt like they had a good assortment of products for a reasonable price. I would definitely come here again.

Lots of "lovely" Halloween decor already!!! Friendly non-ghoul staff. In case you haven't been in a while, they don't have cards anymore. That doesn't make me happy, but it's still a fun store, with good staff.

Leslie and her manager at the Gresham Big Lots were the silver lining on a moving day that was not going smoothly. There was a discrepancy in my order but they made it right with no disputes. They honored the original price and gladly loaded the mattress into my truck and had me on my way in less than 15 minutes. Thanks you Big Lots!!!

They didn't have chocolate covered pretzels, but they did have these very tasty snack veggie straws, zesty ranch flavor, which are absolutely delicious. I'm going back for more this week! Mmm yummy! 😋

We had a problem with a recliner we purchased just last month. The employee, Pamela, was so very helpful and took care of the matter immediately for us... The way the Gresham, Or store is run is why I continually go back and shop there.... Thank you Pamela..
