Big 5 Sporting Goods

Bought an exercise bike there and the customer service was fantastic. They put bikes into operation so I could test pedal them and gave me a great deal on the demo. I was so pleased with the service I went there twice more that same week and they gave me multiple discounts on some good quality winter clothing for my long road trip to Alaska this winter (sleeping bags, coats, gloves, snow pants, boots, socks etc...), for my wife and I. Good gear with fantastic customer service.

This particular big 5 is stocked! The store keeps going it's amazing. The service here is great, went in looking for a specific item, the crew helped us look and price a few different items. Very friendly and polite.

Got 7 pairs of shoes/boots for $120 for my kids aged 5, 9, and 12. Used a coupon too. Super good deals right now. Great customer service as well.

They have every thing you need here for sports. I was impressed with there selection.

I love these guys at the store in Gresham. They bend over backwards to help me find stuff for myself and my nieces and nephews and my children. I wish I could give them all a big kiss. I had to get binoculars for some whale spotting work that I will be doing on the Oregon coast, The guys at this store are just so wonderful, Collette we missed you today. Thank you for always making my experience at big 5 / 1 of the best. Still one of the best places in Gresham to get your sporting goods needs met, Love my guys

Great staff very helpful, happy and inviting

I got exactly what I wanted & found another thing I wanted that I couldn't find anywhere else. A portable fan & a floatation device. Yeah! The Gresham store is very well stocked. Nice staff. Not crowded. Good parking. Next to a lot of stores I shop at. Very convenient.

Shout out to Brandon P. He was very helpful and assisted me quickly, even asking if I needed additional accessories for the item I was buying that I hadn't thought of. The store was well kept, had ammo in stock, and has provided great products with awesome prices. Everyone is friendly, will keep coming back.

Extremely helpful staff. I did not look around the store while I was here because I was just here to pick up some items another had reserved for me. Norm took care of the transaction and he was polite, friendly, and efficient. I can't speak for the selection of items other than to say it seems like a larger store and they were the only store relatively close to me that had what I was looking for. I can say the customer service experience here was great and, if that is the standard here, I would certainly recommend this store based on that aspect alone.

The cashier made my day by saying that the store closes in 15 min. Ive had a long day of waiting, these kind of comments is music to my ears! On the real note staff was very on top of their game in the last five minutes i seen 3 customers rush in and instead of being hasty towards them they were greeted and welcomed. The staff around here knows how to ve people with the people, im definitely coming back for more shoes.

I stopped in here today to look for some workout pants I've been to multiple stores for the last few days and not have found anything that I liked or anything that was comfortable. They had some pants that I really liked & I wear Adidas but there at another location so I'll probably go to that location and pick them up. Gabe was working and he was kind enough to give me the other locations and the number of the pants so I can pick them up. He was very nice. There's a huge selection of all types of Sporting Goods anything you would need for your hobbies at sports.

Anthony and Dillion were friendly, courteous, and helpful. Anthony walked me over to the items I was searching for. Dillion processed my purchase efficiently and quickly. Both gentlemen were genuinely cheerful and upbeat. All of the employees were warm, friendly, and accommodating.

It is much bigger than the one I used to go to. I needed tactical boots and was able to get help immediately. We were in and out in no time. The last boots I bought there lasted over a year. Thats pretty good for the amount of walking and running that I do

Things have improved with Big 5. The last few times I've stopped in, it was a much better experience than I've had prior. This time today, all staff who helped us we're excellent. Today my wife was needing sneakers. Stopped in at the 122nd and Stark st. store. They didn't have her size in the shoe she wanted. I forgot the young man's name but he called 2 other stores and found what she was wanting in her size at the Gresham location. We went out the Gresham store and foutnd another group of great staff.
Another young gentleman brought out the shoes on hold and made my wife very happy. So much so that she bought 2pairs of sneakers.
Very helpful staff, good sale prices, and a decent variety of footwear.

Great store. Seems like they have a good selections to choose from . the store was clean and organized. Very helpful staff prices were resonable. Ive shopped here several years now.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is clean and pretty well organized. I only wish they had a better selection of Disc golf equipment.

Elijah helped me out so much I cant say enough! They had a hard to find set of clubs in their inventory and because I was driving from Washington he set them aside for me. At first I had asked for a different set so he did a search to find if they were at another location. That time he spent saved me time and the headache! Thank you so much

Colettte was amazing! Great customer service! My River Run float was ripped and I had lost the receipt and they still exchanged it! Will defiantly be coming back!

Best time at this store. super helpful staff. i loved that each employee wanted to help whoever's around the store. you want to get in a store and get what you want quicker this place is a must!!!!💝
