The crab melt was super good. Had much more crab than I was expecting, I was pleasantly surprised. It’s pretty big

Staff were nice and explained what food was local and told me some other stuff I can’t remember. Overall they were very nice and attentive.

We also got the chicken tenders. They were juicy and the pink sauce they came with it was great.

Fantastic Coastal outdoor spot. The deep fried fish and other foods are the spotlight here. The smoked fish is good, but certainly second fiddle. Would have been 5 stars, but the chowder was barely warm. Overall a great spot.

Old school place we always hit up when we are in Rockaway Beach. Clam Chowders is great! Crab melt is loaded with crab, and cheese on the top and the bottom. Clam strip basket is always a favorite, fries and clams cooked well, not greasy. Love their tartar sauce.

I stop by today this place is great. I got oysters and chips. I love it, best oysters. I come back next time I’m in town.

My favorite spot on the Oregon coast to get seafood! Everything I have had is good here from fish and chips and clam strip and popcorn chicken. Their clam chowder is prob also my favorite I have had as well. Someone in my group had oyster shooters and said they were some of the best he’s had in a long time! Look forward to coming to this spot when we’re in town

Cool little seafood shack with outside seating only (with a tent). Chowder was pretty good, fish and chips was fresh, and the crab melt and crab cake were big and loaded with crab.

Went here and got the halibut & chips and a bowl of chowder. Firstly let me say the service was amazing they were very quick in preparing my order and it was piping hot and fresh. The atmosphere is fun and like an old beachside shack! The halibut & chips were the best I've had on the oregon coast the fish was fresh and the breading on it was light but pleasantly crisp it was especially enjoyable with their tartar sauce. The chowder was very flavorful, creamy, and hit the spot just right especially since it was cold and windy as it usually is on the Oregon coast. Excellent experience all around!😊

A fabulous hidden gem restaurant. They have a handful of items but they do them all very well. Everything we had was super tasty and fresh made to order. The crab cake was full of crab and was a very generous size. The crab melt they did not skimp on the crab at all. The bread was super fresh and very flavorful. A must go to restaurant if you come to Rockaway Beach

Delicious crab and lobster melts! Would also recommend the smoked salmon dip. A bit pricey for what you get when it comes to the crab cocktail. Definitely will be back on our coastal adventures.

The clam chowder bread bowl was delicious! They toasted the bread bowl, its lid and its innards so you could dip it all and enjoy it!

We were only in Rockaway for two nights and both nights we ate at Old Oregon Smoke House. The Halibut fish and chips were so good we decided to come back and try some other things. The crab melt did not disappoint. I highly recommend eating here. Looking forward to making it back here.

Omg, this little hole in the wall smoked seafood house/restaurant has the BEST smoked salmon and HOT clammy clam chowder we’re ever had on the Oregon coast. Friendly staff. Just 🛑 and try it for yourself. You won’t be disappointed. 🦀 Crabby Sue

Some of the nicest staff I've had the pleasure of ordering from in a long time. They have a second location down by Tillamook Cheese Factory which has some in side seating while this one has strictly outside seating. It's hard to see because it's in the back but worth finding for sure!

As the man who was leaving when we walked in said “I’m glad I lived another day so I could taste these fish and chips”
We tried the cod fish and chips, the crab melt, clam strips, and the clam chowder in sourdough bread bowl and all were amazing. I will eat here at every chance I have.

Got to go dinner some food are out of stock due to the hour. But cod basket, clam chowder and crab melt are really good! There’s still a line an hour after closing.

Excellent food, and friendly service. We got there as they opened on a weekday, and ate across the highway watching the ocean. The fries and fish were hot and crispy. Crab melt was awesome. Substantial portions but not overwhelming.

When we vacation at the beach, clam chowder is a must. This was the creamiest and best chowder we have had yet! I wish we'd bought the larger size to share instead of the medium. There were nice chunks of clam and, I assume, small fluffy dumplings as well as all the regular items. This was an A+ in our book. The fries were just typical fries and the crab melt was eh. It seemed to have more cheese then crab on it. For the price, we weren't impressed. I've never been a fan of coleslaw, this was more on the sweet side, but it helped cut the greasy richness of the crab melt. It is outdoor seating only. They also have nice smoked salmon.

Definitely recommend! We stopped for lunch and had the halibut basket, crab melt, and clam chowder. All three were so yummy! All three had great flavor and hit the spot on a rainy day on the coast! Staff was friendly. We will definitely eat here again!

One of the best ready-to-eat fish sources in the north coast! With a broad variety of smoked fish & seafood selections!

For smoked fish, their Tillamook branch has more selection. Both locations are excellent for getting your seafood fix!

And there is nothing better on a moody chill day than a hot chowder chocked full of seafood chunks!
