Shilo Inns Tillamook

I came to town for the county fair and ended up getting stranded due to my car breaking down and needed an emergency place to stay. Sara went out of her way to make sure I had a place to stay and even helped to ensure I could get back to the fair the next morning. After some of the most stressful and frightening hours of my life Sara showed me immense kindness in my hour of need. Yes the hotel is dated and the rooms could use an update but that's to be expected when staying in a small town. Overall the hotel was perfectly fine and clean, I would stay here again if I were in town again

The manager, Toni, is so friendly and helpful! The rest of the staff were also friendly. We stayed at the right time, just when the pool, hot tub and sauna were all up and running again. We were pleased with the room having a microwave and fridge. When we needed more towels, they were quick to get us some. We did not have any noisy neighbors or any issues within our room. The construction took place mainly while we were out and about during the day, so it never bothered us. The grab and go breakfast was well-stocked each morning. It was also very convenient to have a little store right next to the lobby, and a Fred Meyer across the street. Overall, we just had a really pleasant stay. And to top off the great service, I realized after getting all the way back home that I had forgotten my pajamas on the back of the bathroom door, but the manager was willing to mail them to me! If we need to stay in Tillamook again, we are coming here!

We wanted a safe comfortable place to stay that didn’t cost too much money. The staff was nice the rooms were clean and the AC works!

Check in was a breeze. The room could not have been cleaner. The halls were quiet. As I start in many hotels, Shilo was quiet.
They're was a beautiful vote of yes and a bog with lillys behind our room. The tv was easy to use and their was a mini kitchen with a microwave, sink and mini fridge. Also, the room was a great design with two beds and a table for two.. plenty of room!
In the morning Shilo offers a mini breakfast bar with good coffee.
Very friendly and professional staff.
They offer an indoor pool, hot tub and workout room as well!
Will visit again soon!

sarah and the rest of the crew were very funny and accommodating! my boyfriend and i were on a no ending random trip and ended up in tillamook in the middle of the night looking for a place to sleep, we are SO happy we ended up here at this inn. 24hour dennys right across the street, grocery store right across the street, such a great experience here. when we checked out Sarah even left us a handful of booklets and magazines of things to do in the area.

Stayed three nights the end of Oct and found all the staff professional and helpful. I was so impressed by the quality of attention to detail and pleasant attitudes that I took the time to ask for some names. Mary, Tony, Jennifer and Scott were the individuals I come in contact with the most. The staff were very familiar of the area and had helpful input when I shared my interest in touring.
The room itself was delightful to stay in. Clean, convenient and quiet. Never ran out of hot water. The maids were pleasant and thoughtful as they performed their duties. Off-season maintenance was on-going ,however it was accomplished with little impact on me as a guest as they took care of scheduled projects in the area.
Had friends drive from Otis,OR and we dined at the Shilo Inn. The service was great, as was the meal. The waitress Kayla was friendly and smiling. Her happy attitude made the meal even more special and pleasant. It was a wonderful atmosphere for a meal and to visit with friends.
The complimentary breakfast was of the same outstanding quality as I received the entire stay. Jennifer was the breakfast host and her attention to detail during the service was excellent. Look forward to a return visit.

We got the king size room. Everything you'd expect in a hotel, no complaints. No fitted sheets, which we thought was weird, but whatever. Also went to the bar/restaurant while we were there. Staff was very thoughtful and engaging. Food was good. They also offer a complimentary drink for guests staying at the hotel. Overall, a very nice experience. We will be staying with Shiloh again in the future.

My spouse stayed here for work and got one of the newly renovated rooms. Beds were comfy, quiet, centrally located, and it was clean. Will definitely stay again!!

Wasn't sure what to expect booking a hotel so far away from where I really wanted to be (Cannon Beach) but was pleasantly surprised. Tillamook is a ver small town filled with character. It has all of the essentials one would need. The hotel in particular was very nice. An absolutely massive room, comfortable couch and bed, sparkling clean , excellent service, etc. Highly recommended.

Our room was clean and way bigger than expected. The hotel does need a bit of a upgrade but the staff were great, the bed was comfy, and the price was right. We would stay here again.

Awesome place! They took great care of me. I was on the road doing my show, and nneed a place to stay at the last minute.

Dated yes, but the entire place was very clean; clearly they are taking covid seriously. The bed was great, nice area for the puppy dogs. Staff was awesome, very helpful! Be happy to come back!

Great hotel for the price. Rooms are fairly clean and in good repair. Water pressure was good and water is hot. Room we stayed in was dated but the price is low. The bedding was a little weird having 3 flat sheets layered as follows:

box spring, mattress, thin blanket, flat sheet, flat sheet again, what I think was a duvet missing the cover, flat sheet. There wasn't a mattress cover, fitted sheet, bedskirt. It kinda worked but was very hard to not touch the mattress others likely had a hard time not touching.. Three pillows with pillow cases.

The tv was a large non flat panel tv. The room also had 3 chairs, a small table, 2 night stands and a desk/table/dresser combo.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, the continental breakfast was cooked properly and included a variety of items:

hasbrowns, sausage patties, biscuits, sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, various pastries, yoghurt, English muffins, bagels, cream cheese, jam, orange juice and coffee.

The restaraunt accommodated us even close to closing, the staff was very courteous. The menu wasn't really our taste but we were glad to be able to eat after a long drive, the food for what it was, was good.

There is a gas station, convenience store and car wash in the same lot area which seems convenient although we did not use those.

We would stay here again.

Shilo Inns is a really nice hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. We were very pleased with the breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, biscuits, fruit, cereals, some sweet items, milk, juice, and coffee in their restaurant. Their hotel is one of the nicer ones in Tillamook. If we were ever in Tillamook again, we would choose to stay their again. We highly recommend this hotel.

Flat screen tv in room & okay overall.
Seemed clean. No elevator but that's fine for me. My boyfriend & I enjoyed our stay. Very nice & helpful staff. My boyfriend booked our room online, somehow they got it as we were staying the night before we arrived. But, they were very nice about it & just marked us as a no show and didn't charge us. Bed was wonderful. Although, the side my boyfriend slept on creaked every time he'd get up. Will definently be back hopefully. Thanks for being great Shilo Inns @ Tillamook! Free hawaiian pizza in room 150 refrigerator! I forgot it when I left! 😂

Clean rooms. Don't bring cats here. Not even service cats.

This was a repeat stop at this motel. The rooms are comfortable and more than adequate for our needs. Good bed, somewhat firm which is to our liking. This is not a 5 star motel, which is fine as we are not that type of people. It is the best motel in town there, at Tillamook, Oregon. They also give a significant discount to veterans.

Nice place, room was clean and the pool was nice. The free breakfast was pretty alright. Eggs, pancakes, bagels, cooked hand on top of a few other things. Tillamook is a great place in it self.

Location was great!!! Right off the main drag and only a half mile from the Tillamook Cheese Factory!!! The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was amazing!! They went out of their way to help us find our way to the Octopus Tree and recommended a great steak house!! The pool is open 24 hours a day!! My family and I will definitely stay there again. The only bad spot was the restaurant we ordered food (clam chowder and onion rings) and both were so salty we couldnt eat either ... 20 bucks down the drain... But yhe breakfast was far better!!
