Dr. Combs and the entire staff is amazing!! They treat you like family and truly care about every patient! The office is immaculate, clean, so warm and inviting! Everyone is all smiles! It’s the best dentist office I have ever been in!! The whole experience is so uplifting! I look forward to my visits!! I highly recommend them and encourage you to use them, you won’t regret it!

Have being going to this practice for 7 years. Never disappointed. I have never had to wait for appointments, they do no over-schedule! All staff, from front desk to dentist are professional and listen to any questions. I have never felt rushed or talked down to by the dentist. I have had the same hygienist/assistant for the past several years and she is so professional, as well as kind. Some work I have had done has been extensive, and have had very good outcomes. Highly recommend.

I can't thank Dr Combs and his associates enough for their support and quick response in repairing my upper partial. In at 8:30 AM MONDAY and back repaired same afternoon at 3:45 PM. I had to get a couple of fillings today, and Dr. Combs did an amazing job! The whole visit took thirty minutes, and he made sure the topical anesthetic had kicked in before injecting. The whole process was quick and easy. Staff was very accommodating. Very grateful!

Tara, The Dental hygienist Was extremely efficient and informative During the cleaning process. Very soft-spoken with Hands rock steady. The doctor came in, quickly reviewed x-rays.
And discussed with Tara then myself what the findings were. The doctor explained very Clearly what the next steps were to be taken. All in all, a very pleasant experience to finally see competency and professionalism at it's best. The Entire experience was very comforting in knowing that I will receive the best treatment possible.

Excellent and kind dentist, gentle hygienist, and friendly staff. The gorgeous backyard view from the dental chairs that face that direction is a lovely bonus. I am grateful this practice was recommended to me when I moved to Bella Vista.

The staff here is always so friendly and helpful. Dr. Combs takes great care of my teeth and he is very professional. I especially appreciate how they always manage to fit me in to their schedule if I have an emergency.

Doctor Combs is hands down the BEST dentist ever. Great attitude and I never come out with aching teeth after the work is done and the numbness wears off. And I've had to have alot of work done lately because I delayed going. I don't have any anxiety when going and that's great!

This was my second visit and it has been great. Dr. Combs takes the time to explain my long journey for my specific needs, I look forward to it because there's no hidden secrets as I've experienced in the past. I look forward to my new smile 😁 at the end.

My visits continue and nothing but a great experience, the staff "incredible", there's really a great group of people here including the friendly front desk staff, so organized. Dr. Combs has been the most awesome dentist I've ever experienced... I am thrilled to have found him, if you need a great dentist look no further. I had three teeth pulled in preparation for
2 bridges, I was very nervous when I arrived but turned out my hour was less than half hour and all went smooth and painless.
This office has a cleaning team, Jan my hygienist has taken the time to care for my gum disease and updates me on progress, I can't thank her enough for taking care of me.
Combs is the best dental office in Bella Vista, I have been to all of them within 7 years and wish my first stop was here.
