This is the second vehicle we’ve purchased from them and won’t be the last! The entire process was easy and required little effort. The salesmen (C.T. Anderson) sent me vehicles that matched what I was looking for so I was able to narrow it down at home saving a TON of time. Took my mustang in for an oil change here for the first time. I have never, in my life, encountered a service manager happier and more willing to help their clients than the one at Wood Motor. I noticed that he actually listened to the customers and paid attention to what they were saying. You could tell that because he "looked" at them when they were talking and didn't interrupt them. I was highly impressed! I regret I didn't get his name but I'll go back when I need to get my car serviced. Also, the job was done right and quickly. They checked all the systems, tires, battery, you name it, they checked it!
If you own a Ford, this is the place to take it for service. Good prices, great staff and quick service.

I would write this place a 1,000,000 star review if I could. Let me tell a story. My car was totaled by a drunk driver. We hadn’t received the insurance check yet but the insurance took my rental away before I received the check. The insurance company told me I’d have the check in my account in a few days so we went car shopping. I found the car I wanted here for an amazing deal. They held the check we wrote for almost 2 weeks and still let me take the car home that day. I know this had to be stressful for them because we were playing a waiting game. But the car is perfect and the check was finally able to go through. Thank you so much John, and thank you for being patient. 10/10 would recommend, we will be back!!!!

We have nothing but good to say about Brad and the service department. Throughout the entire process of working on our Jeep Compass the service department kept us informed and were extremely professional and polite during the process. They have earned our trust and business.

Had a great buying experience at Wood! Called late in the evening and took a test drive right at closing. Did a credit app online the next day and had the deal worked out before I came in to sign. Everyone was so friendly! Our salesman, Chris, was fantastic. No high pressure sales. The general manager came out and made sure I knew how to work everything in the vehicle. After purchase, I had some questions and they were answered and any issues taken care of by the used sales manager, Chris. Buying a used car is never a fun process, and we've experienced some terrible dealers in the area, but had a great experience at Wood!

The guys here are great they went above and beyond for me and my fiancé got us in the truck we wanted and did everything possible to get us the payment we wanted. Will definitely go back in the future. Great job Ethan hope I spelled your name right lol

I had an appointment with the service department here and realized after the fact that I showed up completely at the wrong time. My apt was 230pm and I showed up at 830am. They still got me in and out at a reasonable time and did a great job. Only complaint was they didn't get my hood latched all the way, but I always check before I leave a spot(thanks walmart).

Customer service is great. Everyone is very helpful. We will be enjoying our new Jeep Cherokee.

I really appreciated the service I received a couple days ago in the Service department. When I walked in, I was greeted by eye contact, and a nod by the service advisor, Brad Lovett. He was on the phone with an obvious customer discussing their service & options. Soon, after it was clear that his conversation with this customer was going to take some time, Brad politely, and quietly, asked me how he could help me. His sense of urgency and ability to multi task, while still actively listening to both the customer on the phone and to me, was extremely professional and appreciated. It kept me from waiting for what was a simple drop off of my vehicle at a scheduled appointment, while still providing the customer on the phone his actively listening skills in a professional way. Great job of making two happy customers at the same time. This was my first time using this dealership/shop and I will definitely be back!

Just completed regular service at Woods Motor Co. in Jane. Hayden Jones my service advisor was very helpful and courteous. Great service and a fair price! Every one was friendly!

Took a drive today to Wood Motor to look at a used jeep, we did not arrive at a deal but we were treated very well Gage did a great job of explaining any questions we had. He also had good knowledge of the jeep he was selling something a lot of car salespeople don't take the time to learn. Great job Gage and I would recommend going in there for a car.

CT was a great resource throughout the buying process. From doing as much virtually before visiting the dealership, to talking through the deal at every step. Will highly recommend to friends and family for all car buying needs.

As I have a little bit of a connection with this dealership, I recently purchased a new 2022 Jeep Rubicon 4xe from NJ. The staff was great and Craig ,my sales guy, made sure I got the exact vehicle to my specifications, gave me updates on the vehicle throughout the process, and sent pics when the jeep came in. Stefan in Finance was also great and made sure I had what I needed and got it to me quickly. I was able to handle getting the down payment sent via wire and they ensured that when the shipping guy I set up picked up the vehicle that everything was in order. Being out of state, I had to handle motor vehicle on my own but knew that going into it but Stefan had the tax check all ready for me at delivery, had me prep paperwork for MVC, and all the finance info. This is the first time I even purchased a vehicle out of state which made me a little nervous but it worked out great! I plan on more business with these guys down the road as needed!!! Did not visit the location but the pics online look really nice!
