Bubbas Bbq

Its Friday, so had a bit of a wait in the drive thru.... but it was well worth it!! Lady at the window was really sweet and personable! Ordered 1lb sliced brisket, 1lb pulled chicken, 1 pint green beans, and 1 pint Mac n cheese. Every bite of each item was amazing !

Overall, food was excellent I will definitely try again! Potato salad had quite a bit of mustard taste, but still good, no dine in option but you can go to the window to order! Big food portions, fair price for $18. 2 meats, 2 sides and a roll.

I like to read the negative reviews and I am constantly amazed by how picky some people are. We are from Austin, Texas where there is a plethora (that means many for those who are vocabulary challenged) of Bbq restaurants.
First, there are very few places, anywhere that have brisket this good for as little money as you pay for a pound of brisket.
Some of the negative reviews note the lack of smoke flavor. I disagree with those reviews.
Some places have an overwhelming smoke flavor in their meat that takes away from the brisket itself. Bubba's has a good mild smoke flavor that does not overwhelm but complements the meat.
I am a brisket and sausage man so admittedly I did not try any of the pork. The spicy sausage was very good. I have never had dry brisket here and LOVE the spicy bbq sauce.
As far as the wait in the drive thru, it does occasionally take a while but in the 8-10 times I have been there I have never waited more than 15 minutes. Common sense tells you that there are certain times that are busier than others, such as noon, so why not just time it right?
The restaurant employees can't be responsible when customers have large orders that take longer than usual.
Overall, this place is great and has very good brisket at very low prices. I'm a regular customer now.

Always good and Price point is better then most BBQ places. The bombs are a very original item and definitely worth a try. The staff is always pretty helpful and nice. You can sometimes expect a wait depending on the day.

I pre-ordered several pounds of brisket and chicken for a party. Both were excellently flavored, with the chicken being great! Both were very moist and all at the party loved it. And the price was great for the amount of food we purchased.

The best local spot I've found in a long time. The food is absolutely amazing, and delicious. Perfectly portioned, and tasteful. Our newest weekly must eat.

Great little off the beaten path barbeque shack!

This is REAL BBQ folks! Not many places left serving up real pit smoked brisket and ribs, and they do it right. And to boot, real cut fries and homemade onion rings. Nothing frozen here, all fresh food. Good honest people. I’ll be back for more!

This place needs some inside seating and a new parking lot. But if you want some INCREDIBLE BBQ!! This is THE BEST!! It's a must go if you like BBQ!!

Literally falling off the bone ribs - tender and every bite was full of flavor. The brisket was moist, every bite had a good smoke ring, and the rub and bark were perfect. I wish we had pitmasters in Houston who knew how to smoke like this. We liked the potato salad, but my kids absolutely loved the mac and cheese. Got brisket one day and was back the next to get the ribs. Woman at the window was very busy but very nice both times.

Very good food. Had the bbq pulled pork sandwich with Mac and cheese. Very good, must try, you won't be disappointed.

The meat falls off the bones! So tender and juicy. Had baked beans and Mac n cheese and both were tasty!

Twice baked potatoe was off the hook. Went well with the BBQ chicken sandwich.

Best damn BBQ in the area. I drive 30 minutes one way to eat this food. The brisket and ribs are by far the best I've ever eaten.

This place is a tiny, shack-like building off the main drag; you may not notice it unless you are looking for the building. If you haven't been, please go! You won't be disappointed! They only have drive-thru service, so be prepared to wait in line. The longest wait I've had was about 20 minutes but so well worth the wait. You can call your order in ahead of time, which will help.

The pulled pork sandwich was amazing. I loved the hot bbq sauce. I might have to drive back from Boston sometime!

The meat fell right from the bone, sauce was good, the sides were great and the home made desert was fantastic. I have driven past this place lots of times and there is always a line of cars. Glad I finally stopped to try it!

Consistently high quality ribs. Never dry. Their sauce is our favorite. Always friendly. We call ahead to make sure they have spareribs because we like them better than baby back, but both are excellent!

LISTEN TO ME CAREFULLY! This is not a national chain. This is your typical local-ran establishment. Which makes it all the better. Ordered the pork, baby back ribs and the brisket. I must tell you, there is nothing out there that compares to this food. This food is truly one of a kind. Everything has a strong, smokey flavor which is unheard of from your major BBQ chains. This in itself should attract you by all means. Also ordered the regular BBQ sauce and the hot BBQ sauce. I made the critical and careless mistake of applying
generous proportions of the hot BBQ sauce to a bite of my pork sandwich. Shortly after half of my face was melted off, I then realized I needed to drown the rest of the sandwich with the remaining hot BBQ sauce. I must say the flavor of the entire meal took my mind off of the pain. In short, I traveled 59 miles to experience this one of a kind, hole in the wall establishment. I highly recommend this cuisine. Well worth it.

I recently went here had a brisket sandwich at first I was only going to order a small because I figured it would be pricey when she gave me my total I said can I change that to a large been a while since I've been somewhere that I didn't pay $13 or $14 a sandwich not including anything extra I got a large brisket sandwich overflowing with Juicy flavorful tender wonderful brisket and a large portion of coleslaw and I believe the total was $11 and change got chips and a pickle with it too wonderful wonderful place I wish I had gone there sooner
