Wood Motor Ford

From when I arrived at Wood Motors to get my truck serviced, Simone was extremely nice and helpful! I just waited until it was ready to go and he came out and found me and told me that it was ready to go! I will definitely have my truck serviced there again in the future!

Had a routine oil service & tire rotation. My visit started on time and took about an hour to finish. My advisor went over my vehicle report with me, which I always appreciate. The Wood service team had helped me a few months ago with a touch screen issue and another problem my original dealership couldn't help me with in a timely manner. I've now switched my service and maintenance to Wood Ford. So far, so good. Mike and the team - keep up the good work.

Rikki was phenomenal! I hate salespeople but she ain't one of them! You can have a lovely conversation with her while still getting work done. Cannot say enough good things about Rikki! I don't want to step on the other sales staff toes, but ask for her if you can.

I have bought cars from dealers 3 times in my life and this was probably the easiest with the least amount of hoops I have ever had to jump through. When you talk to them they LISTEN!

The only downside of buying the car was that the interior was still filthy even after it had been detailed. I detail vehicles as a side hustle and this car was treated to a quick vacuum and overspray mess. Detail oils all over the windows, and a booger on the back passenger door. In the picture below this is what I wiped up out of the driver seat cracks. ICKY!

I had taken my car to a tire shop for a flat when I found out my lateral arm had broke I told the shop I needed to discuss with my Dad which of two of their distributors replacement part options we could affording that I'd be back in morning since it was closing time I found out that part was actually a recalled part but when I got back to tire shop they had done unauthorized repair and tried to charge us for work and part that would have been free at ford that we had intended to tow vehicle to wood motor ford. Needless to say the tire company ate the cost and I still took my 2016 ford flex to wood motor ford they said it could be 2 days before they could look at it but to my pleasant surprise it was about 8 hrs later they replaced the other rear lateral arm checked over and corrected the tire shop repair and did an alignment and ford even said I can file my bill from tire shop and will reimburse us for any labor and cost that related to recall I will be going to wood motor ford for future service on my flex because staff is kind, attentive to hearing all the concerns, and very thorough and prompt with their labor

Craig and the rest of the staff were wonderful to work with from the first day we set foot on the lot. Very knowledgeable and patient, they were able to get everything we wanted in a new vehicle.

I dealt with Hayden and he was great. Unfortunately the repair I needed was not covered by Insurance, so I had no work done just a diagnosis.

I found the car I wanted on their website, Contacted Chris Barnes and within a half hour he had me approved and ready to go. When I got to the lot I test drove the car, They had all my paperwork ready when I got back with a better price than we originally discussed. Signed the papers and was in and out within an hour. Definitely the place to go for a no hassle car purchase! I will recommend them to anybody looking for a car.

These guys are awesome. Got a Ford F-150 Hybrid from them. I was a little upside down so wasn’t sure I’d get a great deal but I did. Stress free and super friendly. I’ve been to McClarty which always feels so impersonal—but these guys were upfront, gave me a proper test drive, didn’t hoodwink me and add lots of extras driving the price. Very honest and transparent and easy going. I also had my two kids with me, who were bored while everything got worked out—but these guys were so nice to them the kids even enjoyed themselves there 😆 Great team. Will definitely go back for future purchases and servicing. Felt much more of a personal service than their competitor. Really happy.

I got a F 150 from here and worked with CT. He was awesome and a great guy to purchase a car from. He worked with our budget and found us what we were looking for. Anytime I hear about someone needing a new vehicle I’m going to recommend they go speak to to him.

My Raptor had bad cam phasers and needed the redesigned updated part. Ford was completely out of stock. My service advisor Trenton call several other dealers located the part and had my truck ready in a couple of days. I feel like he went above and beyond to get this resolved. He simply could have told me the part was on back order and I needed to wait.

Wood Motor Ford was such a pleasant surprise. I live in Lowell, AR and have had a horrible time with the dealerships/service centers nearby. Definitely worth the drive. Hayden Jones made everything easy. There was zero hassle, they just got in and got the work that was needed done. Highly recommend!

My experience with Wood Motor Ford was great. My salesperson, CT Anderson, was very attentive to my wants in the vehicle I was looking for. He went above and beyond to find and secure the vehicle I wanted with the features I wanted. I was very pleased with the efforts he put into securing the payment that I was comfortable with as well. Great service! They got my Ford Raptor in quickly (way before others could) and service advisor Trenton Riggs kept me updated on what the issue was and what the fix was. Fixed in one day! They have my service from now on!

I know the repairs are a little expensive but they take pride in their work as well as look to please the customer. Alvaro was very polite and efficient person at the service desk and did everything in his power to get my repairs done with a nice smile and offered me a ride to my home so I wouldn't have to wait there for the repair. He even said they could pick me up from my home after the repairs! I have done business with this company and they go out of their way to get the work done quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend them for great service and a job well done ! They answer my questions and make me feel like I am not a stupid woman for asking .

The one thing on my bucket list that I needed to happen. The best dealership in NW Arkansas. Justin, Ed, you hold a special place in my life. Knowing that my hubby has a dependable vehicle now, I can rest easy. See you soon. And, love my new caddy!

I feel they went above and beyond most dealerships. They helped me 80 percent online. The even came to where I worked let me look at the truck and do paperwork. And thats great because I was busy and wasn't sure when I could make it. And then it was in and out at the dealer. I would, and have, recommended people to go and check them out!

These guys were awesome! Their service department resolved a long ongoing fix another dealership could not fix and had told me it was a Ford issue. I brought the truck to Woods and they fixed the issue within 24 hours. Great service. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing service experience with Woods motors. We had our Explorer down the road at another Ford dealership, several times and they never worked hard enough to fix it. WOODS had it and found the problem, got the parts and fixed first time. Will definitely be back and when it’s time for our next vehicle purchase, we will go to Woods Motor Ford in Jane, MO.
