Best care in NW Arkansas! Dr. Brandi is awesome. She takes time to sit and discuss my pet’s care and treatment options. My cat is 19 1/2 years old and is doing well under her care. Front office staff is always helpful, kind, and supportive. I highly recommend Hancock!

We have been taking our two girls to Hancock for 12 years. We trust them, and would not even consider taking our girls anywhere else!

Last week we had say goodbye to our beloved Miles.
We had never been to Hancock. They didn't know him or us.
But still, they were super kind, caring and compassionate.

Max is medically challenging dog who needs a vet/practice that can get to know him and provide care fore acute illness while maintaining the underlying conditions. I think Dr. Brandy meets our needs as a Max’s primary doctor, but everyone from the front desk, techs, to the relief doctor has been engaged in providing good care for Max and working with me to understand my options for him. I look forward to having your friendly and comprehensive approach to Max’s care in his senior years.

Everyone is so friendly. I have been bringing all my pets, plus fixing local cat strays here for a couple years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We truly believe Dr. Hope saved our baby. She has been amazing to work with. Our German Shepherd has Addison's disease and we are thrilled we can stay local with her treatment.

Our lil’ man Summit has seen Dr. Hope since we moved here a few years ago. I have had pets my entire life (I’m serious, so many pets) and she is hands down the best vet that any of my creatures has ever seen. She is incredibly compassionate and intuitive with our doggo and never minimizes the little things we bring our aging dog in for. We often joke that we can never move out of this area while our boy is still around, because we don’t think he would find this level of care anywhere else.

All supportive staff that we are familiar with are incredibly kind and likable too (looking at you, Sydni and Daysia).

Thanks for everything you guys do! Summit is better off because of it.

Doc Hancock and Dr. Hargis are very caring and compassionate people who treat our pets as though they are their own. I trust them completely when it comes to caring for our Siberians.

We recently had to say goodbye to our first Siberian after 13.5 years. Dr. Hargis and her team treated my husband and I and our beloved Mishka with extra kindness and compassion on that day. The grief was practically overwhelming. As hard as it was to say goodbye to our "Little Man" that morning, we have come away with good memories. They spread out a blanket in their private yard and we all sat on it with Mishka as the drugs were administered. We sat around him and loved on him the entire time. And they even provided us with a cookie, which I fed to him from my hand as he gently passed away. It was an incredibly emotional morning for all of us. A few days later in the mail we received a condolence card signed by them with beautiful and personal notes inside. The follow-up about 2 weeks later to retrieve his plaster paw print and his cremated remains was so respectful.

Which is why I think about a month later, Dr. Hargis was pleasantly surprised to see us on our next visit with a pair of Siberian puppy litter mates! Brothers at 15 weeks and full of life and energy. Dr. Hargis sat and talked with us at great length as she examined our new boys. I feel so secure knowing that she will guide us into the future with our new pack.

Dr Knoedl was very thorough and professional. She took time to explain her examination of my two Scottish terriers and seemed truly concerned for their health and well being. Thank you, Dr Knoedl and Hancock Veterinary.

HVSBV is the best of the best. I have three kids (all rescued husky mixes) so my visit was a bit more complicated than most. But HVSBV scored 100 on every aspect of their practice - from front desk to check out, and everything in between. They clearly enjoy what they are doing and it shows by the way they treat the animals and the owners. Very professional, courteous and patient (I'm forever asking questions).

I highly recommend checking them out - even if you have a regular vet. I'm guessing you'll find higher standards and more compassion that what you're accustomed to - All at comparable rates; perhaps even slightly less.

The staff at Hancock Veterinary Services were all extremely professional, quick (I was in and out in about half the time I anticipated), friendly, and caring. My cats were treated well, were never afraid or nervous. Their charges were extremely reasonable. I can't think of a single reason why I wouldn't return or recommend them to anyone else in search of a new local vet.

I was seen within minutes, received diagnoses and my cat felt better within a short time. Great service and Great Doctor.

I had a very seriously injured furbaby they got me in even before they opened and started immediately trying to stabilize him they did an awesome job they didn't sugar coat his chances and were sympathetic and understanding Dr Hargis and the vet techs moved fast and efficiently id recommend them 120% to anyone and it was so much cheaper than I thought it would be

We have always found Dr Hargis and Dr Knadle to be very caring Vets and staff are also. Years ago we started with Dr Hancock and really liked him also but he does not come to this Clinic. I would highly recommend.

This was my first visit with Hancock Veterinary Services and it was a great experience. My puppy was a little nervous, but everyone did everything to make her feel comfortable. Dogs are like our family so it was nice to see the level of care and love she received. The entire experience was great. Thank you.
