Adam spent near half an hour tonight helping me find various creative ways to mount Christmas lights on my leaf guard covered gutters. This has been my consistent experience with this Lowes. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Good store lots of selection. There deck crew also did an amazing job and was able to make my experience smooth and seamless. They also installed my hot water tank and did it very quickly when it went out. They tend to. Have the best prices on installs.

Just finished an amazing experience at this Lowes in N. Bentonville, AR. Went to lumber to find materials for shelf building in our RV, right away Colton walks up and says,"Can I help you find something sir?" And he did just that and made the cuts to my OSB and my furring strips
Wham Bam all said all done PERFECT!! Very much enjoy my interaction with Colton, his customer service skills are excellent! His skill with the saw is also excellent!! Thank you Lowes, and thank you Colton!! Great work.

We had great service from Michael LeBlanc in the paint department! He was friendly and very helpful getting us the best paint for our deck!

I had the pleasure of working with Dave, John and Eric while purchasing new doors for our home. They were very kind, helpful and easy to work with. They have wonderful customer service with big smiles! They love their job and it shows! I never felt rushed or like I was a bother. Answered my questions quickly and knew their department! Big HUGE thank you to the folks who work near the lumber side of the Lowes in North Bentonville. I arrived today around 7:45am to collect 22, already purchased cement blocks. The gentlemen at the desk were helpful and kind. They quickly loaded my car and off i went. 30min later I returned because we mistakenly purchased something different than we needed. I showed the cashier a link on my phone to the blocks we SHOULD have purchased and he rang them up and sent someone off to collect them and load them back into my car. To find friendly, knowledgable staff who are more than willing to help made my morning! I will absolutely visit THIS Lowes location again for any of our needs. It also turns out that "blocks round 1" can be used in other ways on our land. :) Thanks guys!!

This store earned a 5 star rating from me because the employees were very tentative and professional. I was acknowledged by a number of employees as I walked throughout the store. More than 4 employees asked if I needed help finding anything. I was able to find what I needed and was out of the store in less than 15 minutes. This was after leaving the Rogers store, where not a single employee acknowledged that I was even in their store. At the Rogers store, I had to ask 3 different people where to find an item, the same item, just to be redirected around the store. Finally, an employee, after being asked, looked up the item just to find out that the item wasn't even available at their store. This was after I had looked on the app, and the item showed available at the Rogers store. The item also showed to be available at the Bentonville store, so I asked an employee at the Rogers store if they could verify that the item was indeed at the Bentonville store. The employee looked up the item and stated that it didn't appear to be in the master system period and explained that the master system was for everyone local store. So, I decided to go to the Bentonville store where I found that non-existent item. Kudos to the employees at the Bentonville store! Shame on you employees at the Rogers store! In my opinion, this is a management issue. Again, kudos to the Bentonville store!

Convenient location to me in Bella Vista. Was mainly looking for answers to a Hot Point oven question. I was also interested in a walk in shower. Received answers to both inquiries.

Went recently to look at new refrigerators, the employee Ralph was so helpful with all my questions and concerns. He was very pleasant to deal with and helpful. I love the store, especially all of the home furnishings and plants and seasonal decorations!

Delivery arrived exactly on time and were very professional with their installation of my dryer. Would be happy to use them again

Great experience yesterday with Darla in the Lowes customer service department. I had a "store credit" saved on a card that wouldn't process & Darla wouldn't stop until she had exhausted all options. She focused on my problem with a positive attitude even with several people in line behind me. It is because of employees like Darla that our family keeps shopping at Lowes in Bella Vista!

Josh in the electric department knew all about ALL the different brands, the difference between LED, Halogen and incandescent bulbs. He was able to help me match the former wattage and colors with LED equivalents to help me save a ton of money on my electric bill! He was so friendly and helpful. Ask for Josh!
