Pleasant & efficient! In today’s climate of subpar customer service & short staffing it’s necessary to highlight those who are showing up with a positive attitude & delivering good customer service. Isabella was great! This will be my preferred location when needing to utilize UPS services.

The manager Sam went above and beyond, by personally screenshotting me copies of my receipts. I moved to Florida so I was unable to come in the store to get the receipts. Definitely not in her job description. It's nice to know there's still human decency in this world! Thanks again!

Very courteous worker at counter on 10/5 at 5:30. Very patient with me even though I did not have my Amazon return code ready. Appreciate politeness/kindness these days! Made my day.

I absolutely love this location. The employees are very friendly and professional and the wait times are much shorter than those of other UPS stores. Ive been to this location over 5 times and every time has been extremely pleasant. I love that I can usually be in and out within just a few minutes. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know.

This is my favorite UPS store. Jamie and Sydney are the best! I was in here a few days ago and they were having problems with their phone so they were courteous enough to give me their personal cell phone numbers! Now I am back again today with another problem with an Amazon purchase. Such customer service and professionalism plus kindness, smiles and jokes. I highly recommend this store. In fact, this is the only UPS store I use.

Please take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. I have had a box at this location for well over 10 years, and have enjoyed nothing but friendly, professional service from Byron and his staff, and Sarah & Bob before them. This is where I get my mail & send my packages, and if I need copies, printing, or moving boxes they have those, too.

(The fact that they're also located on historic Route 66 is just an added bonus!)

Everytime I need to ship something UPS I go to this store. The owner is incredibly friendly, polite and professional. I've never had the slightest bad experience at this location and would recommend it to anyone.
