Big thanks & great job! I purchased a STIHL trimmer & either didn't receive or lost the necessary key. Kenny gladly provided a free one! At a time where customer service seems to be lost, Ace quickly answered my call, addressed my question & solved the issue.

The help here is great and knowledgeable. Would recommend a little more expensive but great to patron a mom and pop business over corporate.

You Need It - They Got It! And they'll go that extra THREE MILES to serve you (including giving you a jump-start if your car goes ☠!)

Westlake Ace is what you expect a neighborhood hardware store to be. Very friendly, professional, and helpful staff, reasonable prices, and they always seem to have what I need. Hard to ask for more, especially when the free parking is right outside and just off the street.

Staff was very friendly & helpful. I’ve never been in the store before and was looking around for a key hub and a friendly worker asked if he could help. And he brought me over to help me get a key made. All done in under 10 min. Cashier was very kind too

I have been to this ACE hundreds of times. Always friendly, always helpful. Was in the store today all of 45 seconds before I was asked if I could use any help! Much better than I can say for other hardware stores in the area. I will always check ACE before I go anywhere else. Thank you for actually helping your customers solve their home problems.

Super clean and organized store

Really helpful with key copying. They helped me make a non chip version of a car key in addition to a complex door key (older shape, abnormally short length). Both keys were cheap and worked. Employees very polite as well.

Store is exceptionally clean. Employee help / interaction well noted. Manager made a point to address the item i was buying did not come with a battery or charger. No one does that in my world. Rare service these days! They truly do care! ❤

This is the best Ace by far. Always so clean, and the workers are like used car salesmen (around every corner, and always willing to help). Love it!

Bigger than most, and more personable. They tend to be a bit more knowledgeable and helpful than at the bigger stores like Home Depot. Do NOT expect cheaper prices.
