Kohl's

At least 3 employees were very helpful!! All concerned that I lost my one of a kind earring the day before, and trying to help me locate it-seeing if anyone had turned one in!! No dice.

After I did an exchange, I relaxed some while I shopped for some pretty throws from Portugal. Walking back through the ladies clothing dept, and half-forgetting about my lost earring, (I mean I thought if was futile bc I was at 5 places the day before(!!!), I suddenly remembered trying on an earring and setting my own earring in that earring box!! I could hardly believe my eyes!! I looked through to find the type of earring I had tried on and the first box-nothing. The second box-THERE IT WAS!! I had to rush over and tell Vickie!! She was so sweet when I told her it was missing!! She could see what it meant to me. Vickie and I celebrated with a mutually grateful feeling and had a very nice conversation as she rang me out!! What a sweet lady-and I told her this. She returned the compliment. I do make friends there-the employees are wonderful!! Thank You, Vickie and all the others for your care and your great help today!!😊

Kohl's is one of my favorite stores in Crestwood. The staff are friendly, the store is clean but the employee that stands out the most is Vickie. When I walk into the store her face lights up with that big beautiful smile. Her greetings are warm and sincere. She always remembers my name and our last conversation. I love visiting Kohl's and buying clothes but it makes my visit special when beautiful Ms. Vicki is there.

I love shopping at Kohl's! Great selection with great sale prices. Kohl's Cash is another bonus. Returns are also hassle-free. The Crestwood Store is one of my favorites. My cashier was very friendly and helpful. I always have a wonderful shopping experience at Kohl's!

I have been an avid shopper at Kokl's for over 25 years. It was to me, one of the best kept secrets in the retail industry. I still have my dress coats, rain coats, leather jackets and sweaters that I have purchased over the years. The quality is second to none with all brand name manufacturers. I always enjoy shopping for all my shoes, dress slacks and household items. The stores are always clean, spacious and the items neatly and orderly displayed. Please pass on my thanks to the cashier. Not only was she totally professional, but he was also a nice person to speak with. Great job all!!!

I want to give a grateful shout out to Cathy J at the Crestwood store. She was top notch and actually seemed to enjoy helping me when I was having some challenges in checking out. Cathy was genuinely kind and made me feel important, even with my small purchase. She is an asset to her company!

I've always loved Kohl's. I got lucky and found many of the gifts I needed for Christmas. The checkout lady, I don't remember her name, was very kind and took the time to wrap items with paper to protect them rather than just putting them in a bag.

I have dreaded going to Kohl's because of the lines but had to go today for an item. Guess what? No lines!! They now have added self checkouts and that has maded all the difference. I might go back for more Christmas shopping.

The customer service provided by Olabisi was outstanding in my returns today! The KOHLS staff at the Crestwood Mo store are all awesome and makes your shopping experience at the store a real pleasure!!

I always shop here for my clothing. Always find quality clothes at good prices.

Employees are helpful and friendly at this store each time I go. That is very important to me.

Kohl’s is my favorite store to shop because of people like Amy and LaToya in customer service who are always happy and take a return with no problems. Then there is Brian who is always available to help me find something and Steve who zooms around the ultra clean store keeping it looking first class. And let’s not forget the vivacious Vicki who checks me out. She always makes me feel like a VIP. Kohl’s gets my vote for best store ever! 🥇🥇🥇

Kohl's put me in the Christmas spirit ! The sales where great something for everyone I'm going back !

I had a near collapse in the store. I had just given blood and was probably dehydrated. The checkout clerk Michele was so understanding and considerate. The store manager brought a wheelchair over and some water and let me sit for 15 minutes or so. I will never forget their kindness.

Had a lovely, patient lady in returns named Olabisi. Her demeanor and professionalism was very impressive as well as her knowledge of what to do. Truly enjoyed my experience in customer service. This was at the Crestwood store.

Friendly, helpful people who get me full value of special deals.

Everyone here was actually very helpful and great customer service skills. Cashier's were very friendly and fast. Lines didn't last long at all. Only complaint I have is price's but that's something that will never change. You can go to Amazon an get the same things for half the price. But overall the store was very clean an organized. It's a great place to shop for sure.
