The front desk staff was so nice and helpful, the rooms were great and housekeeping was working overtime during the ice storm. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel

I stayed in this property few last week and It was very good. Breakfast is pretty decent. Spa and pool is indoor and looks very nice and neat. Staff is excellent.

Great hotel, service was awesome and it is affordable for the location it’s at. Parking is covered. Breakfast was pretty basic but good. Rooms were nice and clean. I don’t believe there is an elevator but is only 1 flight of stairs to the second story

Honestly the hotel itself was okay but the employees made it amazing! There were some noisy neighbors (noisy until after 2am) and after one call to the front desk it was handled. Not only that but I left my favorite jacket in the room on accident and they called me and offered to mail it to me. Thank you for the amazing customer service Aniesha! I will definitely be staying at this hotel again because of you!

The staff were all super friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. They even gave us a little bit of a late checkout when we were leaving. We had a very positive experience with all of the employees that we came in contact with during our stay and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a hotel to stay at in the area.

The only thing that really wasn't great was the breakfast in the mornings. Due to COVID-19, they didn't have the continental breakfast, they had paper sacks that you had to go down to the front desk to pick up and they only consisted of one little scone and two small granola bars. I was disappointed with that but everything else was great.

They even have their pool and hot tub open unlike other hotels I have stayed at in the last few months. So that was also a plus. :)

The Motel was very clean and everything worked well. Clean is my main concern. The cleaning staff took the time to make little things look good. It also has a nice indoor pool. Tip these small places that try hard - we need more of them! I initially gave 4 stars because of the bagged continental breakfast. Other than that 5 stars.

This is a well managed hotel, a part of the Wyndham Group of companies. The service was quick and polite, the rooms were large, clean and ready upon arrival.
They have a rewards program and once the Pandemic is over the pool and spa with exercise equipment will reopen. For a fee, well behaved and quiet dogs can stay, owners have to pick up after the pets, that should be automatic but they see all types, so please be a good pet owner and care.
They had a snack bag and juice with coffee or tea in the morning. They kept the coffee going all day. Usually there is a breakfast bar but it has been put on hold due to the Corona Virus issues we are all dealing with.
Guests are asked to wear a face mask if you can as the staff is doing to try and help stop this pandemic stuff, it’s the least we all can do to help everyone.

Beware of the website/app as it will charge you no matter if you cancel before check in with hotel person on phone. When called, the person said it was not in their control... except, I am sorry, it is in your control. I had tried to check in early and was told there would be an extra charge but that they had no clean rooms. Reading other posts, this seems to be a problem beyond billing.

Even though I like this hotel, I will most likely try other places and see if perhaps they are better...

Sad, customer service and doing what is right, once was a common descent practice. Now it seems it’s just take what you can and let the customer go away. Well, stay if you want, good luck not having some issues ....

The hotel was booked as a surprise visit for my wife. She had been in town helping her dad with the care of her mom for a month at this point. So I thought that I would fly in to surprise and support her for a few days. My sister in law helped by booking the room and paying for the first day. After a difficult time getting the rental car once I landed in Portland. It was nice to walk into the hotel to breakfast and a nice room. I enjoyed my stay there. I would recommend the hotel for anyone to stay in. Thanks again for your service. Also thanks to your staff they are professional and outstanding.

Great for a last minute stay with pets or local overnight stay. The staff is knowledgable and hospitable. They have a good hearty continental breakfast with hot & cold cereal, various breads, waffles and juices/coffee. Indoor pool. Nice spacious rooms. Good atmosphere if you have children. Good value. Nice location.

Comfy room with a couch. Convenient location with some restaurants nearby.

Front desk women was such a sweetheart!! Has such cool stories to tell super upbeat and light hearted women hope you can get a chance to meet farrah! Oh yeah and the rooms are clean and looked really nice shower pressure and temp is good! Nicest hot tub ive seen in a while!

We had a great experience at the days inn. We had two dogs and they gave us a nice room with great windows right next to an exit buy a grassy spot. We also ordered food from a restaurant that didn't give us forks and they gave us one. They had great customer service.

Quiet, big, clean rooms. Breakfast needs more fruit and yogurt choices. Not enough seating in breakfast area. Hot tub needs improving and warmer water. Overall, a good choice for my family. We'll stay again.

We came down to Oregon to view the eclipse. The desk attendant was SO friendly and gave us a recommendation for a place to eat on our way home. The room was clean and nice. It was my kids first time at a hotel and they were so impressed!

We've stayed at many days in motels we travel a lot and this by far was the most exemplary visit we have ever had, the staff is absolutely outstanding here, they cater to every need do everything with a smile the place is clean and tidy, rooms are spotless, if you're going to stay in Gresham this is the place to stay, special thanks to Paris for all your help our toilet overflowed (our fault) and she was quick to get us anything we needed, checking up on us to be sure we didn't need help, just truly going above and beyond, thank you all amazing!! We will definitely be back!!

Let’s start off by saying this may sound weird but we had AMAZING customer service. We currently live right by this hotel and our pool was out of order I have a son who is 4 that was just upset that our pool was closed for the day so I called Days Inn to see if we could pay to use there pool for a hour to my suprise they allowed us too and as soon as we got there our family felt like we were home. Such amazing customer service and we had a blast at the pool! We will definitely be back!!

The room was clean and quiet.

Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Slight mount smell in the air was refreshing and welcome. Easy access to freeway and good eating is close by. The continental breakfast options were great.

It is neat and clean and has great customer service. This was our second stay this year and we will be returning in the future. Paris at the front desk is wonderful! She went above and beyond to fix a small problem and clearly explained the changes due to Covid-19.
