My wife and I came across Michael when we first started looking for a new home as he was the listing agent for a house we were interested in. Since we hadn't found a realtor of our own, Michael offered his services to us and we gladly excepted. We were immediately impressed with his professionalism, sharpness, and knowledge. We have worked with a handful of realtors in the past since this is our 3rd purchase and I can honestly say that Michael has been our favorite realtor. The whole purchase process went by so smoothly and with no problems whatsoever. Michael is very experienced and knowledgeable in the real estate world and we both highly recommend him if you're in need of a realtor!

We chose Michael as our realtor because of his in depth knowledge of home renovation. We were looking to buy a fixer upper as that fit best within our budget and, as Michael has fixed up many properties himself, he seemed to be the best choice for us. Michael was very knowledgeable and walked us (first time home buyers) through the entire home buying process. Michael was able to provide his experience and insight as to the amount of work a house would take and we appreciated his perspective. He made himself available to us at all hours of the day, weekends included, and was always able to answer questions that we had in a prompt manner. Michael was quick to get important documents to us and his speed allowed us to purchase our home as the market is quite tight. For example, we looked at our house at 6pm and by 9pm the same day Michael had already prepared and sent over the offer documents for us to sign. Overall, we had a great experience and are happy with our new home and would recommend Michael for anyone else in the market.

Michael sold our home and helped us to purchase our forever home as well. I can’t say enough great things about him. He is professional, diligent, compassionate and has a great sense of humor too! Our home sale and purchase had a few stressful moments along the way and Michael was extremely committed to finding solutions. I can’t imagine ever working with a different real estate agent. He is an amazing agent and an absolutely wonderful person who truly cares about his clients!

George Michael Wright went above and beyond in our journey to find a condo in Eugene Oregon. We had a specific area in mind and at the time there weren’t any available, just pending sales. He researched and found something within a few days and it was exactly in our price range and just what we wanted. He was very patient and spent lots of time helping us figure out the type of house and neighborhood we wanted to buy in. I've worked with other realtors in the past, but I have to say that Michael is hands down the best. We worked with him for over eight months as we sold and purchased a house with his help, and in that time he has proven that he is knowledgeable, reliable, and easy to get into contact with in any communication style that you prefer. He knows a lot about house code, values, and what you can expect when buying or selling. I never felt lost or misguided when working with him. On top of all that he is relatable, using laymen's terms when necessary. He's pretty good at reading his audience, understanding the needs based on what we tell him, and using that to help find appropriate houses. With regard to buying, he doesn't just disappear when the closing documents are signed. He stuck around and made sure that everything went smoothly after the fact, since we purchased a new build. Definitely would recommend him to anyone!
