Love the customer service, including when they even let customers know if their card machine was not working before customers got any item they were looking for. 10/10 would recommend. Also great selection of items for yourself or your child too enjoy and wonderful family games.

Glad to have this place back! Also super unpopular with non mask wearers. If you don’t like wearing a mask don’t go it’s that simple. Respect the rules and you will enjoy the visit.

They always have what I am looking for and the customer service is outstanding. I needed a special calendar for my business that was not in stock and they special ordered it for me. Highly recommend!

Does this even exist here? If not, I want it to.

Wow. Avoid if you are shopping with your kids. For being A TOY STORE they sure don't know how to sell to their target customer. Went in today with our three kids. While looking around the store, I was asked to "watch my kids better". My kids are fairly young so I already watch them pretty closely but I began to watch them like a hawk. My kids were excitedly looking at toys. Interested in various items. Not doing anything out of the ordinary or destructive. I would know, since I had my eyes glued to them after his first request to watch them better. Not even 5 minutes later he said my kids where "creating hazards" for other customers and kicked us out of the store! I get not wanting destructive customers. But my kids were looking with enthusiasm. That's all. Hell, I've seen adults shopping that are worse than my kids! Save your money. Give it to a place that makes people, including little humans (i.e. kids) feel welcome. Not a store run by rude employees that clearly want customers shopping with their eyes only.

We were harassed and kicked out for no reason by an employee when we had intentions to buy something. We are just kids. I hate this store, and the employee that harassed us needs to be fired. The employee had a beanie a black mask and a deep voice and glasses please fire him.this was at 1:40 on December 9th.

I went into the store in the salem center mall and told my sons that an item was too expensive. The man at the cash register yelled at us that we were ruining his business by saying that. We politely said that we were telling our child that something. He continued to yell at us and we left
We came to the mall specifically to go buy their Christmas presents but will not be returning to any of the stores this company runs

I went in there with my husband and the owner with glasses and a beanie was being so disrespectful to this young couple! Yes they were dressed differently but he was watching them on the camera everywhere they went in the store and they did buy something to so sad that he is rude to young people no wonder this place has so many bad reviews

I’d give this location zero starts if it was an option. I wanted to take our kids in the store to get discounted toys as reward for getting vaccinated but the first thing we were greeted by was not “welcome in to our store!” But rather “ do you have another mask to wear?”
I did not have any other masks with me and my mask, while mesh meets all requirements for indoor masks covering my nose and chin fully at all time. I asked if they had any mask available and was told “no it’s not my responsibility to pay for customers masks you need to respect my rules” yes Oregon does require indoor face coverings but most if not al business especially if they don’t accept mesh coverings will gladly provide you a surgical or better mask no questions asked. I want to support small businesses especially temporary seasonal ones but when as so many others have pointed out the owner only cares about his self and not that of his customers especially those who have kids and are willing to spend money all over wearing a mesh face covering. I offered to pay for the toys we wanted to boy and was told no thanks please leave my store and take your business elsewhere.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The guy whose working in there this morning was incredibly rude as soon as we walked in the door. My husband forgot his mask and the employee right away told him he needed one, before even saying welcome in or anything welcoming, we asked if they had one and he said “nope” and just kept walking by. It’s like they want to be able to kick people out of the store. If you’re going to require masks, you might want to keep some on hand for people who just simply forgot theirs. To be that rude about it, didn’t make us want to run to the car to grab it and it definitely didn’t make us want to come back in to spend the money we were planning on spending… and we were planning on buying a lot. Moral of the story, don’t give these rude people your business. They don’t deserve it. No wonder they’re having to sell everything for 50% off.

Negative stars would be a more appropriate rating. EXTREMELY rude and aggressive employees. I was harrassed by the employees at this location both last year and this year with my children present. This company has forever lost my business and I have passed the word to all of my friends and family to blacklist them!

Can i rate zero stars?! Guy said we needed masks, rudely, we went got masks came back and he basically didnt take his eyes off us watching waiting to see if us or one of our KIDS moved their mask just a hair past their nose! Kept yelling at me saying i had it below my nose and asked if i wanted him to pull it up on camera i said yes please then he told us to leave his store telling us we are disgusting and have no respect! Worst ever! Had he not been so rude about it from the start it wouldnt be a big deal, we went and found masks to put on when we entered....

I have no problem wearing a mask. I wore a cdc approved mask tonight. It covered my mouth, my nose and the lower half of my glasses. It is clear plastic and it protects better than any cloth mask. Nothing gets by it. It doesn't soak up the germs. Yet tonight for the first time since masks were required, I was kicked out. I wore this mask into multiple go calendar stores the last Christmas and multiple times. On average I spend around $100+ a year and so does my bf. We will no longer. The girl behind the counter said I couldn't come in because I didn't have a go calendar approved mask. Even though my mask met thier sign requirements for masks. I explained that my mask covers more than even her mask. She said the managers rules. So then my bf asked to speak to the manager who, we were then told wasn't there. I then asked for a go calendar approved mask that they are requiring, and was told no. They didn't have any. I don't leave the house often. I rarely go out shopping. Everything I need can be bought online and delivered. But I really liked this store and wanted to go and support it. I put on my knee braces and went out in the snow and then was happy to see they were still open. Only to be greeted with "you can't come in here" Yelled at me from across the store. "Not hi welcome, we have a mask policy and sorry but yours doesn't meet our requirements, here, if you want to stay you can wear this one." Then a Karen near by told me to respect the rules. I was wearing a mask!!! The same one I wore the last time I was there. Go calendar wants to treat its customers that way, well they don't need my money. If you have specific requirements then you need to provide your specific masks. Luckily none of the other stores in the mall had a problem with my mask and they were happy to let me shop. I don't believe they have the right to kick people out who are wearing a MASK.

Worst experience by far! Do not even go in there. You're not the "Police" on who wears a mask which would be fine I guess but to be so rude about it. No one was helping customers spent the whole time complaining on the phone that she saw a homeless person outside the mall by the door.

The manager, Andy, is the true definition of a brat. He was terribly rude about our masks. He just sits there stalking you, waiting for you to do something wrong. He didn’t make my girlfriend and I comfortable at all.
