Footwear Express

Went in with my grandfather in the hopes to find him a new pair of shoes. The associate Benjamin was super helpful and made it such a quick and smooth experience. Definitely will be returning in the future.

This locally owned place has a massive selection of big brand name shoes in various width. Their staff is very friendly and not pushy. They are knowledgeable about shoes. To those people who have posted poor reviews about this place- you need to see a foot specialist or a certified Pedorthotist. This shoe store can not diagnose your foot problem and also then take ownership of whatever shoe you select and guarantee to take them back if your pain is not resolved. That’s absurd and that’s why people have been giving them 1 stars? Come on- a shoe store can not resolve your foot pain! It’s up to you to go get the correct diagnosis and then get correct shoe type recommendations from the foot professional you went to. Most online stores do not post the full design of their shoe lasts with exact dimensions, so it’s impossible to tell the exact shape of the shoes footbed. There is no substitute to trying on a pair of shoes to see how it fits. These folks are in a prime location and they provide a great service to people who need it.

As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by four employees and offered help. I said what brand of shoe I wanted and one young woman came forward and directed me to the appropriate display. Just having finished treatments for a significant medical issue, I was wearing a mask for safety purposes. The young woman excused herself, put on her mask, and returned to help me. I felt very respected and I was grateful that she did that. She helped size my feet and brought out different color choices of the shoe I wanted. I purchased two pairs and I'm very happy with them. I was in the store about half an hour and got exactly what I wanted. My experience there was pleasant and I will go back as soon as I need another pair of shoes. I highly recommended this store.

My family and I would highly recommend this particular show store for the service and good shoes. The price is kind of high, but worth it.

Stopped at 4 different stores and - the service here was the best; can’t compare the selection and assistance to the discount shoe stores. Found a nice pair of sandals. They also have a clearance rack with good styles

I stopped in a few months ago and purchased 2 pairs of shoes. I wanted to try something different. I even tried a type of shoe I normally wouldn't wear and actually I ended up loving it. I don't know if it was meant for walking all over but it was rather comfortable as well as great on hills. I wouldn't go hiking with the shoes I got but for walking trails or town. They were solid. I did get customer service. I did notice some were around the register just talking but I'm not going to assume anything on that. The person who helped me did a 👍 job. I would go back

Thanks to Lisa for helping me find a better fit for me. The Dansko slip ons were not going to work. Lisa really understands those who need a supportive shoe with arch support. And a huge shout out to Bruce for fixing the straps so the Allegria's fit perfectly!

The person that helped me saw my shoes without laces grabbed the same make and model off the shelf measured the laces and got me new ones so fast. $3 well spent. Excellent service.

My GF and her mother adventured into this den of shoe shopping glory with me following behind. After trying a seriously large amount of shoes that the wonderful Shea cheerfully did laps to and from the stockroom for we ended up with 4 pairs total. The lady's left with the giddy happiness only shoe hounds get after a successful hunt. Shea you deserve a raise!

I had a good experience shopping for boots to replace ones that I can no longer wear because I can't wear a heel anymore. The sales person helping me was Dylan and as soon as I explained what I was looking for and showed him a couple of pair I liked he came back with an armload of boxes in my size. He was helpful and patient as I tried them all on, and then re-tried a couple at the end.
This was the third store I tried that day, but next time I'll try here first.

Placed an online order on Tuesday for Olukai sandals, and they were shipped with care & FAST! From the west to east coast! I received today (Friday) and they are perfect! I would absolutely order from them again and wish I could visit a store in person!!

I was getting desperate to find a good quality shoe! I knew about
Footwear Express but had never stopped in. I read the reviews and
saw negative comments! I'm a property manager and just took over
after said manager retired. I checked out the reviews and it too had
several negative reviews that I was concerned about. The negative
comments will stay on my property and on Footwear Express site!
I had a prospective renter come into my office and after talking with
me he said I looked at the reviews on your site and this isn't you is it?
No it isn't! I just took over this community! I enjoy what I do and will
take some time but we will be ok. This gentleman is now a happy resident!
I've been back to Footwear Express 4 times now. Yes you can return
the shoes in their original condition within 30 days. I needed a wide toe
shoe due to neuropathy so I purchased a New Balance shoe. Wow that
felt awesome to wiggle my toes. Dr gave me a prescription that I don't even
take anymore. The gal stayed with me and made sure I had the right size
shoe. I then brought back a family member which purchased a pairof
Dansko and a pair of New Balance shoes. Her hips don't hurt anymore! I asked the staff
this Sunday yes I went back and purchased myself a pair of Dansko for myself, Why all the Negative Reviews on their site? You know what they
said? That's Not Us!! And I believe them cause everyone of them were smiling and helping other customers! I'm wearing my Dansko's right now
And so glad I didn't let the negative comments keep me away!

So many shoes to choose from! Husband and i came out with sandles for me and Hoka's for him😁 we have bought shoes from this place for years now.

When I need a good pair of dress shoes, they have always had what I need...and wide dress shoes aren’t always easy to find! So when my strap broke on a pair of Dansko pumps, I brought them in to see if they had a repair service. Well, not only do they have a cobbler on site, they had them repaired and didn’t charge. Their cobbler replaced both elastic straps and they were done in the time it took us to shop at JCP down the street! Such a pleasant surprise when I was expecting to have to replace the shoes altogether!!! Thanks guys 🙌

Chance was AMAZING!!! He helped me pick the perfect shoe & insert orthotic doe my probated foot problem. The boot I wanted was not available at his store but he checked around and found the black boots I wanted and they will be arriving in the next 3 days. Thank you Chance!!!

I love this store! I drive down from McMinnville just to shop here. Their variety is fabulous and the staff have always been helpful. I have trouble understanding why anyone would write a negative review. I have other friends in McMinnville who drive down to shop here, too. (Then we go to Salem Cinema, because it is so much better than our movie house. )

They are friendly and allow you browse with out pressure. Always clean update shoe selection.

I visited both the Salem and Albany store and they both treated me so well! They weren't at all bothered about my exchange from the Albany store and helped me find something that worked for my big painful feet.

I have been impressed with the experiences I’ve had at Footwear Express. The staff is super friendly, and they have a great selection of quality shoes. I’m happy to support this place!

Love this place took my son in to get 2 new pairs of shoes and the service was great the people very friendly and selection was awesome!!! Will totally go back!!
