Pelican Brewing – Tillamook

Food is quite good! Flight is a large (8 tasters) pricing is fair (unlike Siletz Bay) much better vibe and atmosphere 😊 would recommend. Don't trust their online menu.

Spent a chill afternoon with staff & patrons @ Pelican Brewing in Tillamook, OR. Super cool, friendly atmosphere & dang good beer. They’ve won numerous medals (like almost 300!) for there superb craft beer creations. If your ever in town, this is the place to unwind…

Very nice view with the ocean, food and beer are great! Kids and dog friendly too.

OTR Truck driver here. I've had Fish & Chips all over this county. Here's my take on some of the previous bad reviews.

Someone said "cold and soggy!" I put this platter to the test. Scolding on the first bite and the last! I set one piece of fish to the side, ate the other two and the chips. Finished my beer and went after the last piece of fish. Still steaming, Scolding hot, and no doubt, the freshest Cod I've had in my life. If someone had cold & soggy fish here, I'd be willing to bet they weren't paying attention to their pager and let it sit on the counter too long.

Place is busy busy busy. Something to think about. When people write bad reviews, have you ever contemplated its an employee or owner of competition down the street?

If I have to pick anything that needs improvement, it's the one till that processes every order. This place is far too busy for one service station. Staff is stretched a little thin, but manageable for one service station. The line stays backed up out the door, leaving it almost impossible to get a refill at the bar.

I sure hope I get another load coming back to this town soon.

We had such an amazing time visiting here. The food was great every time and they had amazing custom brews. The gentleman who served us (Mike?) was so fun to talk to and very informative about the company. He definitely added to the experience and we can’t wait to visit again. And Thursday night bingo was so fun!!

The food was amazing! My husband and I both got the brewer burger and it was delicious beyond words. The beef was so juicy and cooked to perfection. The fries were also amazing and freshly done. Loved the flavor and atmosphere. Each burger was $15.99. Totally worth it. I highly recommend !

The prices were a little high, but in line with what's expected at a brewery. Tons of seating outside and a fun Cornhole game was setup to entertain. Eating inside has it's pros and cons. It's pretty neat to be able to watch the beer being brewed with little to no barriers between you and the factory floor, but unfortunately that also means little to no barriers between you and the loud machinery. The beer and the food was fantastic, the staff was on point, and the place was clean. I didn't rate poorly for the brewery being a brewery, I just mentioned the negatives so people know what to expect. Hope this helps. Also... get the fish sandwich, it was delicious!

Fresh food and drinks. There is a patio outside with tables and chairs to enjoy your food. On summer days there is a sofa outside as well. There are some activities for kids like corn holes.

Great little place. The food is not exceptional, but it is acceptable and they have enough variety to make it work, including for the vegetarian in our party. Mostly burgers, fish sandwiches, that kind of things, but it goes nicely with the beer selection and is miles better than going to a brewery with no food at all.

Inside, you can sit over the brewery floor, or outside at a few tables if the weather is nice.

It's counter serve... Order, then pick up, but it's nice. Recommended.

Great beer and burgers, quick service, dog friendly laid back atmosphere in their outdoor seating area.

I had the Bleu burger my wife got the brewers burger and we got the kids cheeseburger for our son.

Great beer, with a huge selection. Friendly staff. The food was awesome. You're pretty much sitting in the brewery with all of the stainless steel vats along one side. Dining area/bar is on a raised platform area.

Nice afternoon bites, cold beer, and lovely counter service. My family enjoyed the patio, corn hole, and shady spots. Cheers!

It's the smallest Pelican, so the menu is pretty limited and different from the other ones, but Lord... those spicy chicken tater tots are worth a trip all on their lonesome. Uploaded latest menu as of 1/2/2023. Note it was the same this past summer.

The beer at Pelican is always amazing. You won't be disappointed no matter what you like. The food is good and the atmosphere is casual and very laid back. This is our second time to Pelican Brewing but our first time to the Canon Beach location. I always know what to expect when I'm ordering a beer from Pelican!

The Alaskan Cod fish & chips on the menu is amazing! Seriously, just get that. The seasoning on the breading, the consistency, the portion size, the fries, the sauces. They're all spot on.

Pelican's beers speak for themselves. Beakbreaker IPA is fantastic. The food here is way beyond typical brewpub food. One of the best fish and chips I've had in a long time. You can't go wrong with the fresh deep fried Tillamook cheese curds. This is my new favorite lunch stop in the area.

Came in after a sunny day at the beach. We were able to find a table for our dog to sit under and we all had a great time.

This is a great brewery I highly recommend. All of the staff was friendly and the beer was good. The clam chowder was good as well. We hope to come back again!

Had a beer on the patio with my dog. Friendly service. One staffer came out to make sure my girl had some water. Beer is always better off the tap and Updrift is a simple, straightforward IPA. Love it.

Fish tacos with their Baja sauce is my favorite. Burgers are awesome. If you aren't a beer drinker their homemade root beer is yummy.
