The fire fighters are professional and courteous. Our family enjoys the annual open house where the kids get to explore the fire trucks and talk to the staff.

Asked if I could take a quick tour of the station and equipment and was told no. I guess they don't have time for the people who pay their checks. SMH. LAFD has by far the rudest firefighters in the country. I would rather die than call these jerks for help
