Gentle Dental Wood Village

Haven’t been to the dentist since I was a kid. The staff here is nice. They were very kind to me. They explained everything well and so far have done a nice job. I have more appointments but so far so good.

Absolutely love the whole bunch here, from the lovely receptionists to the hygienist Sonny, to the Dentist. The whole place is full of smiles. They go above and beyond every visit to make the joy of dental work as easy as possible on us patients. It's super clean and I always get a how are you?. I appreciate the quotes before any work, as I personally am a budget stricter. My smile gets better every visit. No new cavities for me.

The dentist and assistant stayed with me after I was having some post-procedure difficulties to make sure I was going to be okay. They've shown me they truly do care about the people they see. You're not just a client or case number.

Office staff was great! They were Very accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend going to see their team.

They made me feel very comfortable and I’m hardly ever that way cause of my nerves go haywire every time I even hear the word dentist.

I’ve had such a great experience here at Wood Village Gentle Dental. The staff is so nice and helpful. I have already referred others to come and will continue to do so. Dr. Lee has been amazing and so friendly. She even remembered in between visits that it was my birthday and about my math test. One of a kind! This place is great.

Hands down the best dentist/orthodontist I've had and this was my second go around with braces. The staff are so nice always greeted me with a smile and that took the time to learn my name (which is not an easy task). Dr. Lee is so personable and she never made me feel bad when something would break (I had few broken brackets). Got my braces off Jun 8th I couldn't be happier with the results.

This place is awesome!!! From the dentists, Dr. Lee and Dr. Backowski, to the assistants and ladies in the office, they are all fantastic at what they do. Everyone is kind, fun, and professional and my teeth have never looked better!

I just recently established primary care with the Dentistry! They have been excellent in communication, kindness and quality of work. The office staff is so kind that it makes for a relaxing experience. The dental assistants and the office are very good about communicating with you about your invoice as far as what's out of pocket & what insurance covers. The dentist did an excellent job on removal of all four of my wisdom teeth. I am scheduled for a cleaning here shortly and am confident and feel good that I'm on a good oral plan now! Highly recommend

The assistant Becca was extremely helpful during my visit. She took the time to explain everything she was doing to make me feel comfortable. Front desk staff at Wood village always pleasant.

My orthodontist, Dr. Hope Lee, was phenomenal. She worked with me every step of the way through my adult Invisalign experience and it was a painless and easy process. Thanks Dr. Lee!

Such a great team they all treat you like a person and remember you. I have dental issues and see Selena every 3 months she's always so happy to see me and remembers details about me. The front staff is great as well even helped watch my kids once when my babysitter fell through so I could get my appointment in. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I love all the staff at this location! They are all super friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to getting my daughter and I the proper treatment that we needed. Would highly recommend!

Shout out to the Wood Village office! I just got my teeth cleaned and a little work done. They are supper great! Fast, friendly, up to date on all the COVID requirements, and super responsive to every little thing I ask for. I really appreciated the guy who did the cleaning, he hit every trouble spot without me even having to say it was bothering me. I really appreciate you all, keep up the great work!

I called in on a Saturday hoping for an appointment the next week for a cracked tooth. They were able to get me in same day with an appointment on Monday. They were not only friendly and nice from the point of call but the doctor and his assistant were able to save my tooth. I would and will recommend them to everyone I meet. I am so thankful to be relatively pain free! Thank you. I trust my husband and kids to your care!

This was a good experience. The dentist and staff were all exceptional. They are doing a great job on covid and appear to have a good process in place. They were very professional, efficient, gentle and kind, and the actual work they did turned out great!
