I am someone who doesn’t wear makeup a lot and I don't know much about it. The workers at Sephora were so nice and helpful. They were honest about things I should get and not get and I didn’t feel like they were pressuring me to buy anything. Great customer service!

Brenda the Sales Associate was extremely helpful, Kind and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my shopping with her warm friendly smile. It’s rear nowadays to be welcomed, or to even be acknowledged as a customer. Employees like her are a Gem!. I’m looking forward to my next shopping experience at the Wood Village location.

I haven’t use the suitcase yet but I’m excited to try it. My review is on Sam back in Kohl’s returns Customer Service Gresham Or. who helped me unlock this suitcase so I could look at it inside before I bought it and then she helped me by giving me the discounts I didn’t know I had coming and letting me purchase it right there instead of waiting in the long line out front I appreciated Sam’s friendliness and help. After I use the suitcase, I will do a review on American Tourister .

I was assisted with sizing very quickly. The cashier was friendly and offered assistance with my kohls rewards card.the store looked great for the holidays, the merchandise was filled in and the dressing rooms were clean. Overall, great experience!

I went in today looking to exchange a winter coat I was gifted for the same style but a smaller size. There was a gal named Tiffany who works there who went above and beyond to help me look for this coat, their system showed there might be one left in stock. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find it but I was still very impressed with her excellent customer service. Normally don’t shop here but Kohls may have gained another customer due to the awesome service I received. Thank you Tiffany! You rock🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽

Always clean and organized with great customer service store.Also they have section for amazon return which is very convenient.

Typical department store with department store products, but shopping at Kohl's is different. All employees are welcoming and act glad to answer questions. Always helpful and cheerful. And being able to return Amazon products there is so convenient.

I love the purchases I made over the holiday gifts bought for family members. Also including the adorable gift boxes they offer. A favorite of mine to browse and shop.

I appreciate the tidiness of the store. Bright lighting to see inventory without hassles.and Associates willing to lend a helping hand with directions and with merchandise.

Clean, friendly, and had the line moving pretty fast today. The clearance section was kind got some random neat little decor, and absolutely scored on dress shirts and ties for the hubby for a really great price... check out the star wars tie whoot.

The store is clean, the workers are polite and the manager Lauren is very nice and helpful. I enjoy shopping here.

Something about the lighting here hurts my eyes, but otherwise a great value!
