The staff are very friendly, kind, and willing to help you. But you should visit there at least around 2-3 pm to solve your complicated issue. As English is the second language and people of color, it is always afraid of going to a bank to ask for help. However, all staff members in this bank are willing to do their best to help and clarify possible solutions that they can provide with you. Especially, Natasha Dominick really understand the client’s need and solve the issue very smoothly. I highly recommend her 😊Thank you!

Firefly changed my life in many ways since I'd started banking here. My mortgage is with Firefly as are my savings and checking. I have been with a number of banks and credit unions in my life and Firefly is the best. The people working there are kind, helpful and really know what they’re doing.

We've been banking with Firefly for 11 years (they were U.S. Federal when we started), working through the 27th Ave S branch in Minneapolis. They've always been very professional and courteous. We refinanced our mortgage with them a couple years ago and got a very good rate. We're buying a car now, and we've been pre-approved for a 36-month loan from Firefly at a good interest rate. For both loans, and for establishing our accounts, we've found the process clear and easy. Getting pre-approval for the car loan is the only part of car shopping that's gone just the way I thought it should, really.

I had very good experience with the south Minneapolis branch. I was in a tough situation and the bank manager really came through for me. Thanks again Fatima. I highly recommend this credit union.

I started out with the Northliner Credit Union back in 66' when I got a small loan for my Airline Ramp uniforms . I saw them change hands and become the US FEDERAL CREDIT union . Today they are the Firefly Credit union . Dealing with these folks over the years has only Strengthen my belief that " GOOD PEOPLE HELPING GOOD PEOPLE " is still very much alive here . I have relied on them for advice , car loans and investments and I will continue to actively use them .

I financed my car here. I was referred to Kemal Durgutovic, who did a fantastic job. The whole process went smoothly and quickly. I will be sending my friends and family his way. Would recommend for any financing needs.
