Cherry Park dental is awesome! I used to see Dr. Patel but I hadn't been in for awhile - like years. I called to say I was having some pain; I was afraid that they maybe no longer had my records and I wouldn't be able to get in for awhile or at all. They still had my records and they got me in first thing the next morning! Staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Patel assured me I just had a few small cavities and they scheduled me for fillings and a cleaning -- and Dr. Patel said that if I couldn't get in soon, that he'd clean my teeth himself! Oh, which reminds me when my daughter went in for a check up right before she left for college, the hygienist wasn't available, and he DID clean her teeth! So very happy they accommodated me after not being a patient for so long. They're great!

I have been going to Cherry Park Dental for a few years. I love the consistent and quality care I receive. Everyone is super welcoming - front desk staff included!

I haven't been to the dentist in 10 yrs.. because I have a fear of them..I have had a broken front tooth for the last 7 yrs..it effected everything.eating self-esteem. Dating..I am shure I was hard to deal with.(souch a nervous wreck) and theay where so great at calming me down and so patient with me...and I have a smile again...iam so thankful and pleased with Dr pattel and his staff....I highly recommend them..

I would highly recommend Cherry Park Dental. My wife had a filling fall out and needed help right away. Dr. Patel and his staff did everything possible to make her visit stress free during a difficult time. They were quick to respond and see her with short notice during an emergency. Dr. Patel took the time to understand her history and explained every step he was performing clearly. He made sure she was pain free before she left the office. Thank you again to the entire staff for going above and beyond to make her visit a pleasant one.

I have major anxiety around the dentist. Because of money also it’s the dentist and your mouth..ya know. Everyone I’ve met have been nice! I feel comfortable, welcomed and cared for. They break the pricing down, give you options and try to give you the best deal possible and I appreciate it. Other than being told to calm down when I cried a lot 😂 good experience over all, only place I’ll go to while I can 🤝🏽

Always get my teeth cleaned every 4 months. I have implants and the hygienist is awesome. No pain.

First off, nobody likes going to the dentist, however, if you find yourself needing one, Cherry Park Dental is where it's at. They saved me from going to a dental surgeon, and then fixed all my little problems that I had been putting off for far too long. 10/10, going back next year when my insurance renews, Dr. Pattel and the staff are nice and confident in what they do.

My last dentist would make me pay first then see me Cherry Park Dental made me feel that I could be trusted. They made me feel that I was important. Their atmosphere was pleasant and nice, and they charged me after they saw me. Making me feel that this dentist office actually trust people strange huh

So glad I found this place. I will be going here for all my dental work in the future.

A VERY warm and kindhearted staff, who are brilliant in all that they do, including sorting out all of the insurance jargon, and Dr. Patel is, quite honestly, “THE BEST”!

I LOVE Dr. Jenny Lu and her staff! I have been going to Dr. Lu's office for at least 15 years -- maybe longer? (Once you find the perfect dentist, you don't ever want to let them go.) Dr. Lu is not merely an extraordinary dentist -- she is an ARTIST. She does beautiful work. My teeth look terrific. ( I actually get compliments on them!) She has knowledge of all the latest techniques -- yet never forgets that gentle reminder to "floss." (Which, thanks to her, I now actually do!) Her support staff -- well, I can't sing their praises enough. Just wonderful caring people. Scheduling has always been flawless. Just a terrific dentist!

Had a great experience! Dr. Lu and her amazing team saw both my husband and I (& other patients) while also working the front office because some staff were out sick. Dr.Lu took the time to explain everything to me and I appreciated that very much. Carol was very positive and fun, everyone worked extra hard so we could be taken care of. Despite not having a complete team, they all did an amazing job!

Awesome experience for dental work. Very friendly staff and they LISTEN. No sales pitch or extra charges. Explained everything and went over what my insurance did not cover. Provided options to minimize my cost. WOW, talk about putting the customer first. My first appointment was setup to review my teeth and discuss cleaning. I ended up chipping a tooth and calling them. The office staff was very understanding. They even offered an earlier date/time for me to come in for this concern. I had not even seen them yet. Impressed. The dentist was very kind and wanted to ensure my comfortable. Let me know what she was doing entire procedure to reduce my stress. I am definitely glad to find this dental clinic. My tooth looks great and honestly feel better about my dental care now. I even have my "first" appointment rescheduled with a cleaning. Very pleased overall with the service.

I appreciated the kindness I was shown and continuous well being check while I was there by Dr. Patel and his red haired Assistant. Thank you both for such kindness.

I had 2 bad tooth aches but my appointment only had time to fix one, the other needed a root canal. Planning on dealing with tooth pain for another week, two hours later I got a call from the receptionist informing me of a cancellation and to please come back in an hour to get the root canal. They stayed late to finish my procedure! Hooray

I wanted to write this review to let anyone who's looking for a GREAT dentist to try Cherry Park Dental with Dr. Lu or Dr.Patel. . Two of us have been going to Dr. Lu for over 15 years. I have gone to a lot of dentist in my time and I wish I have met Dr.Lu 40 years ago. She is a perfectionist and will do whatever it takes to save your teeth. She is so knowledgeable and really shows compassion. Both doctors and the entire staff are super friendly and very professional!!! Seriously, if you are looking for a dentist you can trust, take it from me and give Cherry Park Dental a try. I promise you, you will never look for another dentist!!!! Bonnie from Troutdale

This office not only treats you well, they really care about you too. My family have been going to Cherry Park for over 17 years and appreciate the tender touch of Dr. Patel and his staff. The offices are located conveniently in Portland and Troutdale OR and equipped with up-to-date dental facilities. Highly recommend.

Great customer service. Dr. Lu is great in paying attention to details. She is really in details when she worked on my teeth filling and crown. She is highly skilled in her field. I really appreciated her quick response and great service.
