Division Ace Hardware

We don't know much about hardware and needed a lot of hand holding for our little project. Irene was SUPER helpful. Never would have got that level of service somewhere else. They really live up to the "helpful hardware place"

The staff are very helpful and store is decent. Paint turned out a TON better in color than the lily lavender that previously had Home Depot complete. There's turned out white, not purple! Thank you Ace. My mom will be very happy with the color!

We hoped they had the Dremel glass cutting disc and we were in lot they had to so we purchased both. We use them to cut this backsplash apart and disassemble it.

Everytime I have been to Ace, the entire team was courteous and helpful. I can always count on good service and advise here. The paper shredder was top notch that I got at Ace, but I was at another store, they had the smaller version at a much higher price. My gnomes are happy at their new home!!

Really nice staff. I like that they aren't pushy and say hello but leave me alone unless I ask for help. Always available when I ask. Store is dog friendly and they have security at the door to keep customers safe. I usually find what I need at this location but lately they are facing supply chain issues like everyone else...They were out of products like Bondo, wall texture and most toilet paper today. My only real complaint is the alarm was beeping high pitched screech every 20 seconds the entire time I was there. It's meant to be an alarm and raise your fight or flight response-it does its job. I felt like I was going to have a panic attack and had to leave. Those poor staff have been dealing with it all day and were still very friendly. The franchise owner or GM needs to come take care of that asap. An alarm going off non-stop is a great way to lose customers and staff. It's not fair take them deal with that all day.

Staff is friendly and it's convenient. Plenty of parking ground level access. Makes easy for those who have physical disabilities.

Came to get order I placed online & will have to come back to check out store more. Looked like good selection & prices. Employees who helped at register & bringing storage cabinet out to car were friendly.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was looking for a particular size bolt for a wing nut I already had. I didn't want to have to buy a whole package of 500 just for 3.

Guy took me down to that section, tried several and measured them against the one I had. Found a perfect fit. Dropped them in a bag, labeled and priced it, and I was good to go!

The staff were super helpful, friendly and didn't just throw the most expensive option at you, they showed me all the options, without having to ask.

I also liked the stock and how clean and organized it is. It made it easier to shop at one stop rather than having to look all over town for stuff I'd expect a "hardware store" to carry! HINT HINT BIG BOX....

I had some keys made here & received great customer service. Clean & well-stocked store, interesting to browse in, which I found to be a surprise, as a hardware store normally isn't on my list of interesting places to go. Definitely not bargain prices, though store carried discounted & clearance items.
