My home looks so beautiful now after having Alford's Carpet One install new luxury plank flooring. Robert was the installer and I cannot say enough about his professionalism and skill during the installation. The product is of such good quality and has a beautiful finish. I would highly advise anyone needing new flooring contact Alford's for a free estimate.

We contacted Alfords about a flooring solution in our business. We were in a bit of a time crunch on the project and Alfords went above and beyond to meet that time crunch! Austin came right out to measure and provided samples. He got back to me super quick with any questions. From start to finish, we were done in a few weeks and we are so happy with our new commercial carpet. We decided we needed new carpet. We went to Lowe’s and they had “free instillation” after getting a $7,000 quote on not so free instillation I decided to get a quote from Alford’s expecting the quote to be higher. The quote was over half the price with similar carpet. Great service and great installation from Alford’s would recommend them to anyone looking for quality carpet at a great price.

Great experience every step of the way. We met Kelly in the showroom and we told her what we were looking for. No pressure, no big sales pitches. She showed us the choices and let us make the decision. Kevin showed up the next day to take measurements. They sent us an estimate a couple days later. We agreed the price was worth what we were getting and set up the install date. The absolute worst part of the whole project was removing everything except furniture from the floors in every room. We filled the garage with boxes of electronics, shoes, knick knacks, etc. When the installers arrived, they removed the old flooring and installed the new. They were very fast, very professional and answered any and all questions. When they started putting the old baseboards back on , I had them stop. After looking at the old baseboards and the new floor, I decided to have them install new baseboards. I should have thought of that before, but it didn’t register until I saw it. Now that it’s done, we love it.

My experience with Alford's was wonderful from start to finish. The sales personnel were friendly, honest and helpful. Debbie measured my house for new flooring, and she was receptive of my questions, and honest with her opinions when asked. The young men who installed my beautiful vinyl flooring, Tony, Eddie and Rick, were awesome! They were prompt, friendly, and professional. They completed their work a day ahead of schedule! I am definitely pleased with the product and the work!
