AT&T Store

My 5 stars goes to sales not management. I would like to say that our sales person Adian was amazing. We came in on Saturday with questions. He was very helpful and knowledgeable however, I DID NOT LIKE the fact that management came to our table 5000 times questioning him. He knew his stuff but it could leave possible customers questioning his ability. I would say tone down the hovering unless an associate needs management. When I came back Sunday. Shawn the manager which wasn't there Saturday came by once and it was much more comfortable vibe.

Stopped off to get a phone upgrade, and was expecting a long, arduous waiting game, but the store luckily was not too busy, and their store reps were attentive and receptive to my needs. I think the whole visit lasted perhaps an hour, and it was remarkably painless. Would be happy to do business there again.

I needed a new sim card because my phone wasn't getting 5G and Eric fixed my issue so fast it was quicker than getting a hamburger at McDonald's. Super professional while still very kind in temperament. Very knowledgeable, knew exactly how to fix my problem, grabbed what I needed and fixed it quicker than I could have imagined.

Gabby helped us with all our questions and we got our new phone. She also made suggestions that saved us money. She even helped my husband with some issues he had in his settings. She was very pleasant and sweet we left happy customers.

Kendra did an absolutely amazing job of taking care of our entire family when it was time to upgrade our phones. She made the process seamless and was incredibly knowledgable and helpful. She is the reason we will be loyal to the Fort Smith store.

Was greeted as soon as I came in your manager Shawn was very knowledgeable and helpful he walked me through the whole process and made me feel like I was family.

First pleasent experience in a att store. I'm embarressed I don't recall the gentleman's name. Complete professional. Filed my claim, loaded my old phone. 20 minutes total .

The associate who helped us was very nice and knowledgeable. We came in with several things needing done and she handled it all with ease and a positive attitude. We've never had a bad experience at this store.

I would like to recognize Ashley at this location. I had to replace my phone a few weeks ago and lost a lot of information that could not be transferred to my new phone. This was my third visit and I was very lucky to have her. I explained my concerns. She listened and said no problem we can fix that and she most certainly did so!! Ashley was caring, professional and knows her stuff!! Ask for Ashley!!

Provided us with estimated monthly cost in print, have us excellent care and service, spoke respectfully to our elderly parents. Very good place to get phones

Gabriella was very competent and helpful. Literally was able to cut our bill in half, plus get us 2 new awesome phones. Better results than we expected. We thought about moving to another carrier before she helped us. She kept our business with AT&T. She made us very happy.

Kendra is always super helpful!! She's helped me with questions, concerns and upgrading my phone. If I have any hesitations or doubts she's quick to listen and resolve my doubts. I truly think more companies need employees like Kendra!

I had a fantastic experience at the AT&T Store at 7110 Roger’s Ave. The AT&T representative, Marena, was very knowledgeable, kind, professional and helpful. Marena made the experience selecting a new iPhone very comfortable and very easy.

We went in yesturday to do an upgrade since they are having a promotion on doing an upgrade. We didn't have to wait at all. Jason came over as soon as we walked into the store. We were very pleased with all he did for us on my son's upgrade to the fold phone. He made sure we had everything we needed for the phone. He did a remarkable job at helping us. We would recommend Jason to anyone that would ask us about our experience with you all. Thank you

I was helped quickly and Ashley was a great help and very nice and helpful. I got help in everything I needed and more!

I worked with a gentleman by the name of Eric. I went in with one of the zflip3 Samsung phones that's given me so much trouble in the last year that I've had it. The screen went out again a couple days ago and I was once again a business owner and mother of 5 without a phone. I was told that I would be unable to use my upgrade due to a faulty Samsung product which had me extremely irate and Eric was incredibly patient with me and worked very hard to get me into a phone that I could depend on. I don't know what he's getting paid, but it isn't enough. He was extremely professional and very helpful and patient. Best experience I've had with ATT by far. I was very tempted to switch service providers earlier this week. He changed my mind.

Went to do a trade-in and Kendra is by far the best employee I've ever had to deal with. She definitely knows exactly what she's doing and everything was a breeze!!
