My husband and I visited True Grit Running Company last weekend! I heard that True Grit Running was THE place to go for HOKAS. I had actually been there not too long ago with my sister-in-law. She was in town from Little Rock and she got a pair of HOKAS there! We were in and out in MINUTES! Anyway, back to my visit!! The TG Team was so friendly and helpful. I was able to do the sort of walk study and found out what I needed to make an informed choice of HOKAS. I knew that I wanted pink, and they had two different pink styles. I really liked the pink Bondi shoe and that’s what I got!! Thank you, True Grit Running Company for all that you provide to Fort Smith and the River Valley!

The staff at True Grit are so helpful! They listen to what you need and help you find the absolute perfect fit. They introduced me to a brand I’d never heard of back in 2019, and today I got my second pair. I’m a big fan of True Grit.

I was a customer of the Fort Smith, AR store on February 16, 2023 and was helped by a young man by the name of Drew. He was very personable, helpful and very knowledgeable. They have a good selection of shoes and help you get he ones right for you. I will gladly go back to them again.

Great shopping experience, they were super helpful and extremely courteous. They helped my friend find shoes in her size which is a big deal because she has tiny feet, she loves the shoes she bought there, with the arch supports she got with the shoes her foot pain is all but gone you guys are awesome keep up the fabulous work.

In less than 30 minutes they evaluated my run/feet and gave me 4 solid options to pick from. I appreciated the lack of sales gimmicks and how there only concern was helping me find the best shoe for me and not just the most expensive. This was a fantastic experience and surprisingly not more expensive than buying online. Trust the experts folks!

I have neuropathy which makes walking very painful and difficult. Finding shoes that work for me is a challenge to say the least. The crew at True grit is beyond helpful, they're caring. They go out of their way to find the right shoe for the right fit. Their knowledge about the products they carry is amazing and allows them to make educated suggestions to find the right shoe for my needs. The icing on the cake is that they're friendly and cheerful, just good people to be around . 5 stars without a doubt!

Hands down the best customer service. Amazing experience. The lady that helped my husband find the right shoes was extremely patient. He asked a million questions and she politely answered them all without any annoyance. Highly recommend to everyone!

We went here to get my husband new tennis shoes. Tiffany was very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect pair of shoes within minutes. She analyzed my husband’s gait as he jogged on the treadmill and found four options for us to choose from. We left with a $135 pair of supportive, high quality shoes that I predict will last us for years. If you’re unsure what kind of shoe would be the best for your feet, these folks can help you out!

Love my Brooks running shoes. The store associate was VERY patient and helpful. It was my first time in the store and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend to others looking for personal service.

The people there are really nice. They grab shoes and really try and see what kind of shoes you like, and I found an amazing pair. I'd you were to go to shoe carnival the workers don't help you at all, they just say it's a fin for yourself type of deal. But here, the workers help you find a good pair of shoes that are great for you.

This place is amazing and the staff is Awesome. I had bought a pair of shoes back in February and put the back for a back up pair. I started to wear them but the inside of the left heel was messed up and hurt my foot. I took them back today to see if they could be fixed, not expecting them to refund ...they determined it was a factory defect and gave me a brand new pair plus refunded me $36 difference in price...that is customer service....thank you!!

Me and my husband both got our shoes from here. The staff are educated in the type of shoe needed for specific individuals. My husband is flat foot while I have a high arch and we both were able to find the perfect shoe for around $130 each. He got a pair of Brooks and I got a pair of Hokas.

Ya'll need to go here and see Makayla! She's an expert in footwear and she will help find you your next perfect shoe. I was impressed by how well she listened to what I needed, and how knowledgeable she was about each brand/style.

Very helpful! I've been trying to get into running but was experiencing knee and lower leg pain. They took the time to analyze my stride and offer me options for shoes that would help correct my problem. Highly recommend!

Traveling through Fort Smith when my current shoe started to fail and cause me pain. The salesman adroitly juggled working with me and doing the setup for their ribbon cutting ceremony (they had recently opened this location). He listened to my particular discomfort and pointed out one that would meet my needs. The recommended shoes did the trick for the rest of the vacation, and are my "go to" pair moving forward.

As I walked in, I noticed the place was kept clean with pride. I received great help and couldn’t have been more at ease. I do not call myself a runner, so I wanted as much help and information possible so that I was walking out with the best shoe possible. Great experience!

It's a wonderful down home running store(: Melissa and her staff go out of the way to help you find what you need. Even if you don't actually run she can fit you with GREAT shoes for your everyday comfortable wear! Love this place!

As someone who is obviously not a sportsman and obviously isn't going to be running marathons anytime soon I was hesitant about going here but as soon as we walked in I was pleasantly surprised..the two young ladies that waited on me went above and beyond to get me a shoe that was just right and the young lady that helped my wife did the same...great people here and a great experience buying shoes..I will definitely be back and will definitely be recommending them to others.

I needed new shoes and decided to stop going to chain stores and being unhappy. They were great. I have the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn before now. Thanks.
