8 yrs ago we purchased a Q - tempurpedic (10 yr warranty) from Bedding Mart. Jeff was our salesman at the time. In the last year my husband started having more back issues. We felt like it was the mattress. So we went back to Bedding Mart to look for a new one. Jeff was still there! We talked w/ him, told him we didn't think Tempurpedic would stand behind the warranty! He said, it didn't hurt to try, the worst they could say was No. He told us if they didn't, he'd be glad to help us in the future.
We are so pleased to say, they stood behind their warranty! It took some work, but it was worth it!
WHO WOULDN'T want a salesperson like Jeff, when they're willing to lose a sale to help you w/a warranty and point you in the right direction!
We're so pleased with the service we received from Jeff and Bedding Mart, not to mention the best prices.
We went back today to Thank Jeff in person for all his help and to buy a new mattress protector! We will be going back for new pillows soon!
We will ALWAYS go back to Bedding Mart, for the Honest, Trustworthy and Excellent Service!

We bought a mattress that I loved however my husband hated. The snoring he did was way to much and I could not sleep. He snored louder with this mattress. I came by and informed the manager that I was losing my mind without sleep. He happly exchanged the mattress with a different brand and now we're both sleeping well.

This is a small place across from the old water slide on the hill on Roger's Ave. They have lots of great deals. Lowest priced medical type remotely adjustable beds. Jeff Jones is a no pressure salesperson. He will help you find what you are looking for at a descent price. I gave them my business and I had looked from Gore,OK to Fort Smith and all over town He was easy to talk with and got me exactly what I wanted. If you do stop in and do some business with him Tell him you saw my review recommending them. It won't get you a discount or anything but it will let him know I sent some traffic his way,and that he was appreciated.

Salesperson is awesome. He doesn’t try and sell you the most expensive bed just to make more. He actually listens and tried to find best fit for you. This is the 3rd mattress I have purchased from them and will go back for as long as I need and recommend them to everyone

So glad we stopped by this place after leaving one of the larger furniture stores that was going to charge us double for the same Mattress we purchased at Bedding Mart!!! Extremely friendly and helpful service!! Comfy mattress for a great price!!

Just bought my second bed from Bedding Mart and couldn't be happier. Both salesmen were super nice, knowledgeable and never pushy. The price I paid for a name brand memory foam mattress was the same as I would have paid online or anywhere else in town but they go a long way to earn your business. Along with my purchase they gave me two $150 TempurPedic pillows (they are awesome) and a $150 mattress protector/cover. I confirmed the value of the products by checking the sales price on each product's company website. They also provided free delivery and the delivery guy was super nice and the bed came a day earlier than they anticipated. I also used their 0% APR for 36 months payment plan. No comment on the financing yet. I recommend Bedding Mart in Fort Smith and will use them again. They make bed purchasing really easy and enjoyable.

Responsive, knowledgeable, professional...all the superlatives apply. I walked in at 615pm and had a bed selected and paid for ready to go by 640pm. One of the previous reviews mentioned the staff being friendly and not pushy and I can attest it is true. I was guarded as that sort of person sounds too good to be true in a sales profession...colour me pleasantly surprised. Jay gave me a minute before asking how he could help. He gave advice based on my wants and helped me decide without pushing high dollar items or attempts to wildly upsell. I was able to get a firm mattress and box for under $600 with 120 days to return if I need and that part (about the return window) is spelled out in plain language on the receipt. I cannot recommend Bedding Mart highly enough.

Our experience in the store was amazing, no pressure Jeff was easy going, informative very polite. Bought a King Artic Bay, firm and comfortable soft a great combination. A must if looking for new mattress, went to other stores, this was great service and great price.

Bedding mart has the best deals. We went in there baught 3 twin beds and a 1500 dollar queen bed for just 1000 dollars. If your looking for a bed tonight they will get it for you and also make a deal with you
