I have a Bulova watch,that I took to tulsa,to a CNS Jewelry and watch repair located in woodland hills mall,CNS changed my battery in my watch,but it was not working, so I take it back to them and they changed batteries again and I got it home, and the next day,it still wasn't working, never again will I use CNS Jewelry
The following month I took it to John May's Jewelry in Ft. Smith he told me the watch Battery wasn't put back in right,there was a screw laying beside the battery, he was very nice and very knowledgeable, I will start using him as my jeweler.

Nowhere in Fort Smith could I find a quality watch band for my guess watch which was a gift from my husband. I called Mays jewelers and was told they would be happy to help me!
They ordered,received and replaced a quality watch band in 24 hrs.

Very helpful staff. The guy fixed my son's watch and said there was corrosion buildup that might cause it to stop working in the future, so he didn't even charge us.
