The team here went above and beyond to repair my brakes- my car is definitely safer now 😅 I will be recommending this location (Fayetteville, on college) to everyone I know! I really appreciated that they didn't speak down to me for being a women. That can be rare with auto shops, and the entire time I interacted with this team, they were amazing. 10/10 💕

The air conditioning in my Trax went out a few days ago and I was able to book a convenient appointment time online. The store called in about 30 minutes to confirm the time. I took it in and they got me in promptly, had the problem diagnosed in about 30 minutes and had the problem fixed and me out in less than an hour. I'm very pleased.

Both the Fort Smith and Fayetteville locations are my go to for just about anything. Great employees that don’t try to con you is crazy these days, I have always expected to pay more (and sometimes by a lot) than what ended up on the final bill. Very valuable shop!

I've been here a few times now and Mark and the guys that work here are so friendly and professional. Can't say enough about how great they have been. I can tell they care about their customers. So lucky to have found them!

I had a trouble some customer that I ended up havimg to send there stating I damaged their exaust system to the point it would not run correct all yhis on my dime. They got it in for me and looked it completly over for me. Flow tested and other things. Found nothing wrong and did not charge me. Was very professional and got to it in a timely matter. I can not express how much I appreciate that. Telling all my customers who need exaust!

Best experience I've ever had at an auto shop. Ken at the front desk was so helpful, I came in at 4pm for an oil change and was actually able to get scheduled in. It's next to impossible on a Friday to get that lucky. The guys out in the shop were super friendly, very informative and overall it was just a pleasant experience. Not a long wait time, and they informed me they would be staying open til 9pm the next couple weeks which is amazing. For people like me who can't make it out until after 4pm that is really helpful. Highly recommend this location. 👌

I think they are the best repair shop in town. Good with communication, timeliness, and price. I have now been there several times over the past five years and never walked away upset about choosing them.

The service was great everything from the guy at the register explaining what was wrong and what he recommended as was honest and knew exactly what he was talking about to the technician that done the work and he himself taking a moment to bring things to my attention and explain what he had to do it was just a good experience with honest and very professional people all the way around. I will definitely do business again and recommend to any and everyone!!

Well. I thought they were okay until I realized I was scammed and charged for work. That wasn't done by somebody. That doesn't work with them any longer and so they won't cover it

We weren't able to get work done due to what needed fixed, but Chad in the office and our mechanic Robert made our experience as great as it could be! They told us what we had to hear in the nicest way possible & didn't bs us around! Absolutely happy we decided to go here to get our car issues checked out.

I usually don't write reviews, but I felt like this was needed. Midas is hands down one of the best auto businesses I have been to. The staff was very honest and helpful with my car, and let me know everything that was going on, especially Chris. Everyone was very kind, and they made sure I left with a car that was repaired and safe. As a college student, I am always worried of getting scammed, but with Midas, that is not the case. I just want to say that if you're looking for a reliable, affordable, auto shop, Midas is the place.
