Excellent service! I came here on the recommendation of my foot doctor to help address a foot pain issue I am having. The guy who helped me was really knowledgeable and also patient with me, as I had a lot of questions and concerns regarding finding the right kind of shoe. I was even able to try on some supportive insoles, which did the trick. I definitely recommend this place!

I drove an hour and half to find a good pair of running shoes for my senior cross country season. I’ve been getting running shoes from this place for years, and I have yet to be let down. Grace was SO sweet and helpful. I got the comfiest, most gorgeous pair of On Clouds probably ever created. Grace brought out lots of options for me to try on, and took her time to help me choose the perfect pair. She was very funny, personable, and let me talk her ear off (which, aside from running, is my favorite thing to do). They also give a discount for students who run on a track/cross country team for their school. I can’t wait to run in my pretty new shoes this season! I just know they will feel great.

Rush Running is always our go-to for primary running/all-purpose shoes. My wife and I do minimal running, but the kids both are very active and we have had great success with footwear from here.

I have been struggling with plantar fasciitis for the last year. Wasting tons of money on shoes, creams, shoe inserts. I walked in this store and was greeted by Peyton. She had me walk on the treadmill for 10 seconds and then analyzed a video of how my feet impacted the ground with each stride. She suggested that I try a shoe with medium support because I stepped with overpronation. She brought out 5 different options and with the first shoe I immediately felt a difference. I got back on the treadmill and jogged for 2 minutes pain free. All this time I thought I had plantars fasciitis and it was just overpronation. I have been treating the wrong problem. Needless to say, I bought a pair. Today I have been on my feet for 6 hours and my arches haven't hurt at all! I am amazed!
The shoes were $129 which sounds a little pricey, but when you can't walk without foot pain and you compare it to all the other marketed items for plantars fasciitis, $129 is cheap. Also, they offer a teacher discount!
If you have foot pain, stop in and see Peyton. She knows what she's talking about!

I loved the staff, very knowledgeable, my wife went there, got an awesome pair of hookahs. The salesperson, so polite, very professional, this is my store. Will be going there for my next pair of running shoes and gear. They take all the time you need to find the right shoe for you. Very impressed. They have a great supply there. I have run, 13 plus marathons, 2 ultras, and assorted, other races.

They have top notch customer service. I’ve been there a handful of times and everybody is so knowledgeable and kind. I know sometimes goods cost more if you buy them from a smaller local store, but that’s not the case here. They sell their shoes at the same price as ordering them online. It’s so worth going to get the running analysis done to make sure you are in the right shoes. It’s made a world of difference in my running.

First-time customer, though I first went into the store in December to pickup a packet for the White Elephant 5k.

Connor fitted me for the awesome Saucony Omni shoes that support my high arches and over pronation. He gave me options and went the distance, but also provided a tutorial on tying the runner's knot.

The store doesn't push or pull. It's a comfortable experience. Because of this, I was out within 15 minutes. They sell the best and latest. The price is listed inside the shoe for a reason, it's a small price to pay when you have service, return policy, and the mind to do what's best for your entire body. They offer balance and trend, and some cool tools in their store. All with tread, is what running is all about.

Rush Running has excellent customer service! Lizzy, the lady that helped me was wonderful…Got a free running analysis, and a great pair of shoes. They have great inventory, I tried on about 15 pairs of shoes. Will definitely be going back!

Very helpful and courteous staff. I had a wonderful experience. They measure your feet, put you on a treadmill and study your stride, strike, cadence, etc., and give you several shoe options to try that are best suited for you. They also have a 30 day exchange policy if you try your shoes out and you don't love them. They have a lifelong customer in me.

There’s a reason I buy all of my running and walking shoes at Rush Running in Fayetteville; they take care of their customers. I bought a pair recently that ended up causing blisters on my heels. They helped me find a new pair that didn’t cause the same issue for my feet and honored their exchange policy (30 days). They went above and beyond. Thank you!

Very friendly staff! She measured me, had me videotaped while walking on treadmill to determine which brand would suit me the best (given I needed a size 13 extra wide). But the order got lost by Hoka somehow and it took almost a full month to get my shoes. Because of this the GM sold them to me at his cost. I love the shoes...worth the wait.

Locally owned and operated by running enthusiasts. Fantastic, friendly service before and after the sale. Great shoe fitting experience including foot measurements, video gait analysis in different shoes, trying multiple pairs of shoes on the treadmill, etc. They have definitely earned my customer loyalty.

The entire staff is extremely professional. I have been incorrectly fitted for running shoes numerous times at other running stores, but the staff at Rush took the time to break down my running gait and find the best shoe for me. My runs have already improved since buying shoes here!

THE Best place to get running or walking shoes in NWA. Fast friendly service every time and the staff is super helpful in helping you choose the best shoe for your stride. Plus, they provide a free gait analysis with the purchase of shoes. The rewards program is pretty awesome too. Not to mention this local shop is incredibly supportive of the local community - always making donations to good causes and bringing the local running community together.

I went in a couple weeks ago looking for shoes for work. I have plantar fasciitis and I stand/walk all day. Niki helped me out and I bought some Asics and wow!!! Before I felt like I was walking on razor blades at work and now I don’t even realize my shift is almost over. Definitely worth the money. Thanks so much!!
