I had an amazing experience here dining in. The workers were extremely nice AND ACCOMMODATING! Everyone was genuine and happy to be serving the guests. It was a joy and treat to slow down and eat here with my baby. She was too young for the play area but she got a new book with her kids meal and was very pleased. (You have to request a book for a child under 3) Thank you Chick fil a staff.

Best breakfast food on Rogers ave. Best chicken in Fort Smith. The staff is always friendly and food is fresh. Their drive through is the most efficient one of any fast food joint.

The Director of Hospitality made this visit for me. He hand delivered our meal to us and remembered when I wanted my dessert afterwards. I gave a 3 star for the atmosphere because the place was super busy, and I felt scrunched in at our table.

The food and the employees are always top notch here! The food is always fresh and they offer great alternatives to the regular fast food norms. Also they have the best lemonade, hands down. Great location. The kids toy are even better for the kids and planet. They don’t do a lot of the little plastic toys most restaurants have. They do a bunch of books and things kids can benefit from

Had the chicken biscuit minis my husband and I and I both did and they were amazing couldn't have been any better very great service waited on right away very friendly people and there's not a child playground in there anymore thank God

I took my 6 yr old neice to Chick Fil A on her birthday. Turns out it was he first time there. She wore a button that said its my birthday. The lady that took the food to the table made sure to point out the fact it was her birthday. While we were eating our food she came back and asked if she could give her a birthday present. Of course you can! It made her entire day. When we got up from eating my niece was like look there's a cow just like mine. Chick Fil A gave her a mini cow and a free dessert. The cow just like hers was a painting on the wall. I told her they love cows here. My niece then replied why is their name Chick Fil A? I told her it's because they want you to eat chicken instead of cows.

My shake was burnt, my fries were melted, my burger was cooked, and my lettuce was fried. The valet was a homeless man and he stole my car. 10/10 would recommend.

It's very good, staff is very friendly, it just takes a little to get your food because it's always busy

It has been years since I had eaten at Chick-fil-A. I went thru the drive thru to get breakfast while waiting for an office to open, I ordered the biscuit and gravy and they no longer carry it on the menu, (it was my favorite), I ordered the chicken biscuit combo and I was not disappointed, the chicken biscuit was tender and flakey, the hashrounds were crisp and not greasy and the coffee had a great aroma and taste was fresh and not burnt. The staff took my order while in line and it was ready when I arrived at the window. The staff at the window was most friendly for early in the morning and that I appreciated. I really admire the standards that Chick-fil-A established and has maintained since it was created. Keep up the good work and I will be be back. I recommend to everyone if you want a great breakfast from a place that makes the morning start on a good note go to Chick-fil-A on Rogers Ave in Fort Smith, you wont regret it.

Great food and to me its a healthy fast food place clean ingredients the grilled chicken nuggets are great I wish they served those in a party platter

I'm going to give the restaurant five stars but I mainly posting this review as a message to the people... People: This is a fast food restaurant, not God's gift to Fort Smith, not anything different than any other fast food chicken restaurant. Please quit making it look like there's a super-slow speed racetrack built around Chick-fil-A. Spice it up a bit, go somewhere different once in awhile. Chick-fil-A is not going anywhere, it will be there tomorrow and the next day and a year from now. We don't all have to go at the same time every single day. That is all.

Mary Ann was my cashier and she was very kind, it was very refreshing. Made me feel very welcome. Thank you Mary Ann you made my day better

Angelica in the Fort Smith, Ar restaurant was rude and very short with me. She basically through my food me and acted like I was wasting her time. I NEVER have received service like this at Chick-fil-a. Everyone is always so friendly, but this girl was horrible.

Good food, clean establishment and employees are warm and welcoming!

This is hands-down the most friendly and efficient fast food restaurant i've ever been to. Even when lines are long, I never spent very long waiting for my order. The staff are expertly trained and always kind and courteous. Also can't beat the food!

Every time I go the food is delicious and the service is prompt.
