The staff was super helpful and very nice! They made awesome suggestions! I had the white Snickers shake and pink sunrise tea. Both were exceptional! I also bought a cute cozy for my tea. I will definitely be a regular customer!

There are many flavors, and the staff is super friendly. I would totally recommend if you’re a gym rat and you want a a little pick me up after a good workout. 10/10 come check this place out and it’s very cute for pictures.

Cool place. Great Teas, really good waffle bowl, though I completely cancelled out the positive health factors by smothering the waffle in syrup when I got it home!

The tea and acai bowls are delicious. The staff is also so welcoming and helpful! The May special tea is really good!

Great atmosphere! I want to try everything! I really enjoy the wedding cake shake and Sour Patch tea. The shakes have quite a lot of protein!! (About 17 grams) They offer an LG size stainless steel glass, at a very reasonable rate with discounts on the following teas. What a pick me up treat!! Thanks, Lady Transplants!

Seriously so good !! The freshest bowl ever!!!

I recently visited Mindful Nutrition in Fort Smith and have taken a love for their Açaí Bowls! They are always made fresh, fresh fruits, and absolutely delicious! The service and smiles each time I walk in are always so welcoming. The staff is so sweet and always engaging while I wait for my order. Quality products, quality service! Always happy to support local businesses and business owners!

So happy I found this gem today tucked behind Bedding Mart on Rogers!! It’s so good and Monica was so helpful even though I took forever to pick out my drink and ended up making my own. 10/10 recommend!

Absolutely loved the shake and refresher I got from here, the passion fruit refresher was so good along with the frutti pebble shake. Met the new owners, they’re so nice and welcoming also love what they’ve done with the location. Will definitely be back!
