My dad is a cancer patient among other illnesses and we absolutely love Dr. Christensen. She always takes her time to listen and shows she truly cares.

I saw Emily Christensen yesterday as she is my PCP. I absolutely love seeing her and have had an amazing experience every time! I went in for anxiety and we put a game plan together to figure out the problem! I recommend everyone using her as a PCP!!

The Dr.'s are very caring and you can get in to see a Doctor pretty quick without having to wait a month to see a Dr.

Great doctors, nurses, and staff that makes you feel better with your care

There's nurse practitioners when you can't see your Primary care Dr.(you usually can't without an appointment) they're knowledgeable and helpful.

With Dr. Calloway, I never have to wait an hour during my visits. I get in and out. With the other drs, I'm her waiting forever and it feels rushed after they come into the room. That's not right.

Canceled my same day appointment and rescheduled it for the end of the month. Not a place to go if you’re actually in need of resources.

I walk in. The nurses stare me up and Down, receptionist starts frowning, room full of white patients start getting nervous. Same ol prejudice. Whites served first. Blacks served last.

If I could give zero stars I would. So since switching to this clinic, dr rundell has sent my daughter who has dizziness, black vision to the heart doctor and then stopped working the issue, told me she would help me lose weight then when I called out some mistakes that were made I was told I had to go to the heart Dr and a sleep study to check heart rate, the problem is I just had a full cardiac work up w/ a over 2 night monitor and was cleared and told to lose weight! We have tried to be seen over and over for illness since January and were told "Bently doesn't see people if they might have or have had covid. My family was sick at the end of July and had to seek help at urgent care because all she would do is call in paxlovid but would not see anyone for 30 days. Monday I had a pap(high risk for cancer) got a call saying Bently had to go get her sick child rescheduled for today, called because my child is sick and asked to have my appt switched for her, this took and hour 5 phone calls and me in tears! I'm at a loss of where to take my family for medical care! This doctor just wants to push you off to the next and never figure out the issue. When you explain they blame the call centers! So they asked for a date to look at things look at the calls at the end of July! Needless to say we are going to urgent care and I guess I'm getting a walmart pap until I can find a doctor who cares about their people!

The lady at the desk (penny) likes to play games with schedule, then I reach out by phone to the customer service person (carrie) there and explain the problem....not once does she ask the name of the person, that's because they probably go to lunch together a couple times a week. I'm done with companies that can't govern themselves...bye!

Got there at 7:45 a.m. with an appointment at 7:30. The hours say 8 a.m-5 p.m. so I figured they were closed after calling them 3 times in a row. finally going inside they say they open at 5 a.m. not 8 a.m. the information on the hours is false and delivers a false representation of when the building is open. They wouldn't see through to the appointment due to a "grace period" the lady in administration taking appointments didn't seem to care that the time on the website was wrong, and said she could give another appointment in January. Since I have already been waiting nearly a month and a half, I walked out. This place before 8 a.m. isn't recommended. And apparently the 3 times I called didn't go to the front desk either, so she said she received 0 calls. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I'm never coming back here again.

I go to my doctor appointment, they weighed me, go into the room to see the doctor, I have IBS and UC, the nurse says we don’t give pain meds do you still want to see the doctor, Never ask if I had been sick, having any flare ups , was I doing ok, was I having a flare up now. NOPE nothing! So I just left if that was their only concern I don’t need that doctor,
And by the way I have had dirriaha for 2 days. But wasn’t ask,

Not worth your time.
