Always a great staff but very overpriced. A lotion should not be over 20$. Their candles last less than a week, for 30$ a pop! I will add that the "Water" hydration lotion has hydrolaronic acid and smells great.

Love love love this place!! They have such amazing products which always work!! They always have discounts going on as well on their amazing stuff. I am a Bath and Body works addict.
Their pocketbac sanitizers are to die for! Love their sea-tox and true blue lines as well as they are super refreshing and super hydrating!!
Their at the beach scrub is the most amazing scrub I have ever used in my life!!! Their Japanese Cherry blossom is the perfume that I can't live without.

I always have a great experience here. The stuff and always nice and helpful. They have so many products I'd be surprised if someone left empty handed. I've tried several of their products and recommend.

The staff is always so nice here! The coupons they send me are fantastic! Even my husband doesn't mind to tag along for those seasonal trips. We always have enough to share when we leave spending $30 or so during sale times. The best sale is the annual sale that happens in the spring. June I believe it was. Grab a sales associate if you're stumped, they're great!

I've never had a bad experience here. Staff is always nice and helpful. Great place to get fragrances for personal use and for the home. They also have the best return policy...don't like it for any reason...return it for a different fragrance.

Very helpful staff (almost too helpful if possible). I was approached 4 times in my roughly 15 minutes in the store to see if I needed help, explain the deals, and offer suggestions. They are very thorough. Compared to some places where you can't find help even when you look for it, they make sure you are taken care of.

I came here to buy my wife a birthday gift. They have a bilingual person at the front door interacting with customers as they come in and I was so impressed by him. He was kind, helpful and he needs a raise.

I went in today just hoping to maybe purchase a candle or something. I was instantly drawn to purchase more because of the amazing deals!! Not only that, but the sweetest sales consultant with the name of Shannon helped me out!! She was so happy to help, without having that pushy sales attitude. She knew what she was talking about, and answered my questions with 100% confidence. I ended up purchasing 6 lotions, 2 three-wick candles, room spray, and a wallflower for only $64!! Shannon went above and beyond in such a small amount of time, and I will certainly be requesting her when I come back. I just wanted to give a good review of her, because she was so sweet, knowledgeable, and eager to help!!

I go here frequently, staff is always nice, no aggressive sales tactics which is a huge plus bc that will normally send most running. It's always very clean inside and has great in store deals.

Always find what I need (and don't need!) at this location. The sales folks are helpful. They'll ask you several times if you're finding everything OK, which may seem pushy, but they're just doing their job! Let them show you their favorite scents. You just might discover a new personal fave!

These candle..... Oh man do they smell great. The decorations on the outside are just as amazing. Simply breath taking. Tho i wish I could afford them as often, I was lucky to have been given one for christmas from my daughter and her other mom. :)Smelled epic. Thank you both. And Thank you Bath & Body Works ;)

Went here with my friend and we found everything we were looking for. The employees are nice and even offered a discount at checkout. Would recommend 10/10 for products but make sure you got some spending money cause it can be somewhat pricey.

Everything about this store is wonderful! The employees are super helpful and friendly, and the sales they have in this store are better than many other B&BW shops I've been in. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

Bath & Body Works is one of the greatest places of all time❤ I love all the scents they have. There are so many to choose from. They're not heavy like perfumes. There are matching scents for room fresheners, plugins, and candles. all the items are on sale at one time or another, just keep in mind that you need to go at the time when your favorite item is on sale and grab it. Coupons are always available on your email when you sign up for the rewards program.
