She didn’t give me a hard time and took them back!

Went here to buy a pair of Doc Martens. I was helped by Lily, she was very polite and professional. She answered any questions I had and helped me find the correct boot. Thank you for an easy, pleasant transaction. This store has been around since I was a teenager and I hope it stays here for many years to come.

After receiving subpar service, I reached out to customer service to handle the situation. They were very understanding and wanted to take care of me. I received amazing service the next time I came in. I thought I would never shop at journeys ever again because of the way I was originally treated but they went far beyond my expectations to make up for the incident. Love journeys 👍🏼
