Dion at the JCPenney Salon is amazing. I have naturally curly hair which some people have trouble layering it ...and wanted my greys covered. He cut and layered my hair better than it has ever been layered in my life. The color is so shiny and amazing. I will definitely be going back to him.

A little girly for my taste, I'm a Grunge/Punk look myself, but my Mom and Aunt always love it. Nice and friendly workers who help you find anything you need. Employee's can take you directly to what your looking for which is the best. Very clean and organized store, and would definitely recommend.

Came in for a mother's day gift, and the lady that helped me walked me through every area that pertained to my budget. She even tried on a few rings with me, and an extremely pleasant visit and made the purchasing process very easy.

Very helpful sales person! Her name is Toni!! She didn't just point me in the direction, she took me there. On the other hand, the woman in lingerie didn't know what a full slip was even though they had them. And, she really didn't care. I find it interesting that without those of us who shop, none of you would be working. Seems to me these sales clerks should be TRAINED!

This store is so clean it sparkled with bling. And nice jewelry lots of bling there. And really nice men's ware. And had great sale's and Great sale's people. And management top of the line.

I just wanted to take a moment and share and experience that I just had at my local JCPenney. Without going into too much detail I had asked some associates to help me resolve an issue. Unfortunately due to policy it could not assist me. I left the store a little frustrated and decided to call and speak with a manager. Brian one of the managers there took the time to listen to what issue I had and provided the solution. He took a small issue that would have caused me to go elsewhere, and turned it into a positive experience. Keep up the good work Brian.

I love JCPenny's! One of the few places I can find all sorts of big and tall shirts, whether it be t-shirts or button ups. Not to mention there is a really kind and helpful staff there.

I want to thank the girls here so much for all their help. I had an order that needed to be made from another store for my son's wedding and the help I received was above and beyond what I expected. Thanks to all who helped make this happen. (Darcy, Jeanie, Janisha and Michelle).

The store manager Jenepher was very helpful and nice. She worked over an hour to solve a problem with my account. Very helpful staff. They are very patience and able to explain all the offers in details.

I enjoy walking through the bright lights may be stepping into Sephora to sample of fragrance or two then swing around to the clearance rack and see if I can get a nice button up shirt or pair of slacks but I'm usually not shopping for anything in particular, and it's a perfect place to do just that walk 10 laps or so and then head down to the food court. A good way to get your steps in while avoiding the sunlight.

Love going here especially when they have sales. Love the useful leeward app as well.
