absolutely wonderful with small children, I've had bad experiences in the past with hairdressers getting impatient with my children, but the lady (I forgot her name) was so kind and did a good job. definitely recommend for first hair cuts.

The stylist was super friendly and did a great job at keeping my daughter laughing and smiling the whole time. I made an appointment online and was in and out of the salon within 15 minutes and my daughters hair looks great.

The stylists are great with the kids and prices are reasonable. I love that there is a playroom for a waiting area, so it's easy to contain toddlers. The online scheduling platform is very easy and convenient to use.

They got us in very quickly without an appointment and did a wonderful job. My granddaughters got about 6 inches cut off and they braided the front of her hair. She looked so cute!

Took all 7 of my kids to get their hair cut and styled. My kids looked great, the cuts were done quickly and the price was great. I won't take my kids anywhere else.

Great place for kids, especially a first time cut. Even though our son wouldn't sit very still the stylist was able to give him a nice clean look. Price isn't bad at all, typical of most haircuts. Definitely worth it for kids who don't sit very still. Will be back.

Very pleasant experience. Things went so smoothly. Our kiddo was calm and was entertained and made so comfortable with the equipment being used and the task being accomplished. Julia so kind and even help give some advice and guidance on a good style. This was our 3rd visit and we'll definitely be back!

My daughter got her ears pierced and hair tinsel. She was pretty nervous about getting her ears pierced but they were great with her. It went by so quickly she didn’t really have time to get upset before she noticed her new earrings. Definitely recommend!

It's always an enjoyable experience going there not my favorite haircut this time but will still be going back they just work way too well with him fantastic job

Nice place for kids. The hairdressers are all very kid friendly, patient and gentle. They all seem to love working with kids and can give some darn good haircuts to little wiggle worms. The salon is always clean and well stocked.

We love Pigtails and Crewcuts. The whole staff is so friendly and they do a tremendous job of getting a clean cut on my wiggly toddler without tears. Tatum and Valerie took great care of my kiddos!

Friendly and fun atmosphere. They have a play area where kids can draw, play, and watch cartoons while they wait. My boys love getting their hair cut there. The prices are average with other salons as well. I believe that you get what you pay for and this place is definitely worth it.

My grandson is 3 years old and this was his first haircut. We had gone to another place to get it done and he was not going to let the lady touch him. I called here and spoke to Elizabeth and she said they were going to close in 30 minutes but if I could make it in 20 minutes she'd cut his hair. Well she was amazing. She was very good with him and patient. It took a few minutes but he warmed up to her and let her cut his hair. She was fabulous. The whole place was amazing! Absolutely the best for kids. The entire establishment was great. I would 100% recommend them. And we will definitely be back. Thank you for making it a nice experience for my grandson. BTW..... she also saved the very first cut of curls she cut and put them in a baggie to take. Just wonderful!

Highly recommend!! Liz did a great & fast job on our baby's first haircut! Also I loved the waiting room with comfortable couches to sit on and all kinds of toys to play with to keep our baby occupied until we got called. Which wasn't long at all we waited maybe 5 minutes! They are booming with business so I would make an appointment that's what we did! I highly recommend this place and we will be back!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Pigtails and Crewcuts hair salon! Deanna went above and beyond to not only give my three year old a great haircut, but also to educate me on how to take care of my child's wavy hair. The play area was a hit with my little one and made the experience even more enjoyable. I am truly grateful for Deanna's efforts and the salon's kid-friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend Pigtails and Crewcuts to any parent looking for a great haircut for their child!

We were super nervous about baby’s first haircut, but the staff here was so patient and kind and just genuinely great at their jobs! It was an extremely positive experience and we will be back for sure!

Took my 1 year old son to get his first haircut and since we didn’t know how he would do we were able to have my husband and him get a haircut at the same time! It was a great setup and experience! And my son had a great time sitting in the fire truck and seeing that everything that was happening to him was happening to dad too! :) Some other little things that we appreciated was the waiting room with the toys and a movie in the background. Also a movie in the background while getting his hair cut and getting his prize, certificate and pic for this first haircut milestone!
